It's just not as big of a marketing draw as the NFL given the sheer amount of attendees and the actual drills that typically take place. Nevermind the NFL being a league that brings in far more money and the overstatement of the combine as "must see TV." The crux here is how in depth the actual medical examinations go. Regardless of what would be reported at the combine, I would assume teams who were refused workouts would have those same looming questions without getting a look up close.

It's true that on the face of it weighing and measuring a ton of prospects seems like the opposite of a marketing draw. But with the right approach any event, even something as boring as someone stepping on a scale, can be turned into something that engages fans.

Nothing like comparing the NBA Draft Combine to one of the most highly anticipated fights of all-time.

I'm excited to see how the freedom of an NBA offense will allow Wiggins to show off just how good he is... AND it better be on the Bucks god damn it.

1. Wiggins
2. Exum
3. Embiid
4. Parker

Just did a lottery simulator for the first time and the Bucks ended up 4th behind Utah, L.A., and Boston. Sounds about right.

My gut has always felt that it's going to a top 3 of Boston Milwaukee and LA. Obviously trying to predict the lottery is dumb but other than getting the 2nd pick that would be terrible.

How would the 2014 NBA Draft Look Based Solely Off RSCI Rankings?

DX has Semaj Christon going undrafted as of right now. That's blasphemy. Some team is gonna get a nice player in the 2nd round. One of my favorite 2nd round prospects for us.

That is when recruiting experts assumed Isaiah Austin had two eyes. I wonder where he would have been rated with only one eye. Not that it matters too much since he proved to be an effective player with only one.

Not sure if Khem Birch gets drafted but I'd kick the tires on him in Summer League and maybe throw him in the DL. Could be a Sanders-lite with more potential on offense.

Words truly can not describe how much I love Bogdan's game. IMHO, he is the closest thing to a young Manu in this draft. He's crafty. His shot has come a long way in an extremely short period of time. Great feel. Great length. He's been one of my favorite entrants for quite some time. I will be elated if we somehow scoop him up. The perfect complement to Giannis and a perfect recruit for our shift to the Milwaukee Spurs

Am I the only one that has absolutely no interest in Payne?

Depends where we are talking. Payne is a great get at 25. Probably has too many res flags to draft 8-20.

DraftExpress does a good job breaking down Embiid's games against the NBA caliber centers this past season (Austin, Young, Ridley)

He'd be a boring pick for sure, but I think he'll be a very productive player at the next level. I like him a lot.

I'll be surprised if he falls out of the top 20. I think he'll be taken somewhere in the 12-20 range. But yeah, if he does fall outside of the top 20, he'd be a great get.

Yi didn't have a broom in his way though.
