biz is my absolute favorite person to follow on twitter. you never know what he is going to talk about. last night he was asking about the new coldplay album. this morning he was asking about tennis. #biznation

I like his twitter because he actually tweets about him going to workout and stuff. I wish other players of ours would tweet about going to the gym to work on their craft and stuff like that. Would make me feel a lot better.

tolliver only tweets about bible verses.

zeller only tweets jokes and indiana stuff.

"up at 5am, shooting jumpers"
"finally got that left hand off the top of the ball"
"look everybody, hitch is gone"
"made 500 3pointers today"

lol exactly. Id love to see Biyombo inside a basketball gym instead of cross fit stuff as well. Whenever he says he is working out I get kind of pissed.

I'd call it progress if MKG made 5 three-pointers in one day. I am still trying to figure out how he draws iron without dislocating his shoulder.

The man is built up enough. Not sure why he doesn't actually try to work on his basketball skills as much or more than he does that cross fit stuff.

Bismack should try and make a move for Laken Michee (Hornets/Bobcats cheerleader) they are both obsessed with cross fit (she has a boy friend tho but Biz is more awesome)

for the sake of my sanity, i am going to assume that biz starts and ends each day with lots of basketball and only does the cross fit in-between.

typical biz day

6AM: wake up, do 500 push ups, shower
7AM: eats 12 eggs, 2 protein shakes, 5 bananas, water
8AM-Noon: at the arena, shooting, jumpers, post moves, free throws
Noon: eats half baked chicken, rice. veggies, water
1PM-3PM: cross fit
3PM-4PM: send tweets
4PM-5PM: read motivational books
5PM-8PM: 3x3, 5x5 basketball
8PM: eats baked fish, steamed veggies, fried lion
9PM-11PM: watch NBA playoffs and send tweets
11PM: sleep, dream of catching basketballs
