Hopefully the Jazz come calling with Hayward if that's the case. He's a Cho guy too.

I really hope not. Vonleh is also a Cho type of guy, but I doubt he drops to 9. That said James Young is also reportedly a team first guy that works hard, so maybe we'll all get to eat our cake and have it too in the end.

I wouldn't even part with the #9th overall pick for Hayward since he's going to be demanding at least a $10 million per year contract

This is Charlotte's chance to draft their own star potential wing. Hopefully they don't blow it

This just in from Yahoo Sports

9. Charlotte Hornets (from Detroit): Doug McDermott, Creighton, SF, 6-8, 218, Sr. Scout's Take: "The son of a coach is going to find a way to score. He might not have a position, but he is a smart team defender."

James Young is everything that Charlotte need out of a future wing to pair with MKG and compliment Kemba. Young has size, the ability to put the ball on the floor, defensive potential, 3-point range, and he's a aggressive scorer --- not the type of player that you have to beg to be assertive when the team need offense

That's why I want Young. He won't shy away from the moment. Hendo's inassertiveness pisses me off but at the same time I accept it because he's not really good enough to just put the ball in his hands and expect something good to happen. But Young can score, score from everywhere and he's 6'7".

If Cho drafts James Young at SG then what do you want to do with cap space?

I really don't want Harris. He strikes me as Hendo with a 3 point shot. I'm not much on Young either. I'd much rather have Stauskas. He'd be a much better fit for our roster. McDermott could be a good fit. I'd love to land Vonleh, but I doubt he falls.

That is a convincing list: Dirk, Marion, McGrady, Drummond, Noah, Iguadala, Derozan, Kemba, Hayward, and Amare all in the last 15 years or so.

LaVine has a bit of a McGrady feel about his game - wouldn't you say?

Similar build and athletic ability as well.

Just saying.....

I am just going on record, so after the draft if they take McDermott or Harris I can go ****.

#9: James Young or Nik Stauskus (shooting and ball-handling)
#24: Cleanthony Early/Deandre Daniels (wing scoring) or Elfrid Payton/Shabazz Napier (talented back-up PG)

No Euro's who can't play for 4 years or f'n projects. The Bobcats have three projects on the roster right now in Biyombo, Zeller and MKG. Enough please.

That's what I would do.

If they draft James Young, I want them to sign Greg Monroe.

If they draft Doug McDermott, I want them to sign Lance Stephenson.

I'm really open regarding pick 24. If they can package it with Henderson for a 6th man I'd be all for it.

Try to sign the best valued PF on the free-agent market. If Greg Monroe could be had for $10 million, then I might recommend Cho to try to sign him. I'm not a big fan of Monroe though

I would personally hope they could salvage a trade from the Bulls for Taj Gibson as they attempt to sign Carmelo Anthony this summer

I think DeAndre Daniels should get a look at 24 as well. He has NBA range and he has a good post up game and length for SF. Like LaVine, he needs to bulk up. I think he can be a stud 6th man in the right system.

There might be a fire sale in Milwaukee for John Henson if they select Joel Embiid or Jabari Parker with the logjam they'd have at PF/C. It'll be interesting to see if they'd be interested in Gerald Henderson and #24 for Henson
