FWIW, as a Bulls fan who has an interest in both players--It's pretty unanimous that a signed Love is more valuable than a signed Melo. Although I think Melo is a more impactful player, KLove is younger and a big.

You may be right, but why hasn't won in Minnesota?

Probably because unlike Anthony, Love has excuses (lined up)?

so 2 players worth 1st round draft picks for the worst starting c in the league and a backup pg?

Jackson becomes our starting PG, we use Chandler to get rid of Felton's deal earlier, Perkins is expiring

How can you not like this deal

because i have eyes, like i said i'd much rather get 2 mid-late 1st rounders for those 2 instead of garbage and garbage

I think he's a complimentary player. Would be an ideal 2nd option, even though he puts up near superstar numbers. His play style isnt very dominant like a Kobe, Durant, Melo, etc. Honestly think you replace Westbrook, or even both Wade/Bosh with KLove and they're both better teams.

All trades involving Knicks should be bringing in picks or cap space. Anything else is a waste of time.

you're not getting a mid to late 1st for Tyson, you might get one for Shump

Jackson is probably a better get at PG then we could get in the middle of the draft, he's proven and will fit in well with our guys.

There goes all my posts about trading for JSmoove to get their pick. I'd still take him for JR/Fel-TON/Prigs

I don't agre, iI believe we can get descent offers for Chandler from teams with multiple picks. Where i think the Knicks will make the most moves is in the second round

How do we fix this Knicks mess of a roster.

Need to start from Felton and work our way up to PF position.

When is Amare/Bargs coming off the books?

This wouldn't be a bad trade if we could get their late first rounder. Even if its pick 27, Id do the deal just to get in the draft. Shumpert can be replaced by a couple guys that late in the draft. In fact theres a french kid slotted late that I got my eyes on. But without the pick why wouldn't I just watch Tyson expire, so that I can shed Felton one year early? Not impressive enough, Felton makes only 3 mil per. Thats not a cap killer exactly.

The report also mentions a possible trade of Klay Thompson and Lee to the New York Nicks for Carmelo Anthony.

i just love teams like the warriors and the rockets who think they should get likes of melo but don't expect the likes of curry or harden to be discussed in a possible swap as if we're talking about lebron **** james. absolutely delusional. "we can have your best player, but you can't have our best player." and for avi **** lee no less. g t f o.

Thats not all that weird dude. In fact thats exactly how trades work for stars. Stars are never traded for other stars anymore. Nowadays one team goes for it now while the other team rebuilds. Always.

I really don't think you should be calling Melo 'felicia' when he's revitalized your franchise, somewhat.

Monroe on the right deal would be fine as he is made for the triangle. You must put a defensive big next to him though.

Then youvare not a player in 2015. He is not worth that. Id rather make a play for P Gasol. Cheaper and better in the triangle

The problem with 2015 is who will be available. We truly don't know. It would be a shame if we pass on a good, fairly young ideal big for the triangle for the "hopes" of those that may not come here or even be available in 2015.
