 Then it must have been long before my time. Ever since I have joined I have not seen one good basketball post from him. Almost every post he makes is about some backhanded compliment or sneaky diss towards LeBron/Heat. He also has the most dumb logic when discussing basketball with him.

I won't take a poster named "Jordanbulls" on a Heat forum too seriously but I don't know. 8-)

Can you please publish a RealGM Heat for dummies and mention a few posters the newbies need to watch out for? I still can't tell who's who.

Dumbass Barkley taking a shot at us again

So is he saying the fans in Cleveland are real fans, the ones that lit LeBrons jerseys on fire and the owner that publicly and unprofessionally called James out. Man F**k Barkley he's always had it in for the Heat. From 2008 to around 2010 he actually used to like Wade but he hated everyone else on the team calling them Titos on multiple occasions, that supporting cast was rather lackluster so that might have been justified but then Barkley started hating on Wade as well it was weird. They weren't doing their Tmobile commercials anymore and I thought Wade and Barkley had a falling out. At one point it got so bad that Barkley tried to take away credit from what Wade did in the 06 finals and he tried to give it to Shaq who obviously refused to take it because he knew what Wade did was special. Even recently during game 5 vs the Nets he tried to take away as much credit as he could from Wade so that he could validate his opinion as to why the Heat won't win the Finals this year. IDK, does anybody know if Wade and Charles had a falling out?

Regardless nobody gives a **** about his opinions.

LeBron will most likely stay. Getting the 1st overall pick does help, but it will take time for Wiggins or Embid to develop. We seriously need to sign a big and get a guy like Tony allen or Vince Carter, so Wade can rest and LeBron doesn't have to play every game during the season. I'm only saying Carter because he could possibly come for the Vet min. Trevor Ariza coming down here would be amazing but I doubt it, he's gonna get paid. Emeka Okafor needs to be our target.

I mean look at the Hate that Barkley has thrown at Wade he seems like he's fishing for ways to attack him.
Charles Barkley wrote:### Wade, Barkley said recently, “gets far too much credit” for the Heat’s 2006 championship, asserting that Shaquille O’Neal and Alonzo Mourning made the difference against the Mavericks. You might recall – even if Barkley doesn’t - that Wade averaged 34.7 points and 7.9 rebounds and led the Heat to four straight wins against Dallas. Even O’Neal, on TNT’s set, scoffed at Barkley’s theory.

### Wade, Barkley said, “doesn’t make players around him better.” You know who might disagree? That mostly undistinguished cast that Wade led to the playoffs – without LeBron James – in Erik Spoelstra’s first two seasons as coach.

### While making a broader point that James should be taking more late-game shots, Barkley inexplicably felt compelled to add this:

“You know the thing that’s funny? Dwyane Wade never gets any criticism because he didn’t close in the Finals last year. I actually think LeBron got tired. He used a lot of energy shutting down Derrick Rose. Then he had to guard Jason Terry. I think he got tired. But it's funny how Wade doesn't get any criticism for not finishing in the Finals last year. Wade’s a great offensive player, but LeBron makes everybody around him better.”

Barkley should check the stats. Wade scored more than any other player in last year’s Finals – his 26.5 average a shade over Dirk Nowitzki’s 26.0 and much higher than James’ 17.8. He also shot 54.6 percent – better than James’ 47.8 and Nowitzki’s 41.6. Could Wade have done more late in close games? Certainly. But so could have everybody else on the Heat.

Chuck is just trolling and getting his soundbites in. He says stupid **** just so people talk about him talking about it. Example, San Antonio women being ugly. Now there's a whole god damn movement down there about it.

Regular season stuff but if Lebron really wants to win like he says, he understands that you win with experienced players and that is what RIley needs to focus on. Miami needs a nice balance of youth, prime with potential to develop that can help carry us during the season, prime players and experienced veterans that know all the ins and outs about winning and you can rely on during playoffs series.

See what San Antonio has done with Tim Duncan, Parker and Ginobili. A nice mix of veterans, prime players and young developing players. But during the playoffs? The vets carries that team.

I am not sure Cleveland offers that with their still developing farm of young players.

Two things:

1) Cleveland could flip the pick for a valuable vet like Love, who would help bring veteran mixture to the very young team
2) Lebron could simply opt out of his contract next year, and use the upcoming year to wait and see what becomes of Miami and what becomes of Cleveland.

I think this team needs some youth. We've relied very heavily on vets, and that's great but it's also a bit of a gamble because you never know when they're going to fall off that cliff. It's a hard job to pick--youth vs experience vs cost--but that's why I don't get paid the big bucks :P

Oh absolutely, there are all kinds of scenarios that can playout but Love controls his destiny because he is a FA in 2015 so I doubt he wants to go to Cleveland and I doubt Cleveland gives up the 1st pick for a possible 1 year rental.. but I get your point.

With that being said, I agree that Lebron's best move is to use his year to year option and see where the Heat stands first and what else is out there second. Lebron wants to win at the end of the day and every season there are very few teams that can offer that.

Also, on your comments of youth vs veterans, it has been proven over and over that an experienced team with veterans win over youth. However, I agree that every teams needs to develop youth BEHIND those veterans like the Spurs do. That is why I think this upcoming season, adding youth at the end of the bench is going to be a high priority to replace some of the retiring/older players. But I still expect this team to win with a core of Big 3 and veterans (Andersen, Chalmers, Cole, Allen Jones, Haslem etc).

I agree with you, was just proposing some alternative options. I guess what we really need are just younger veterans, not necessarily young guys. Our veterans have now become veterans' veterans.

I think he is just jealous and being sour because Wad is having a kind of NBA career Barkley wanted to have.

He couldn't win as a franchise player, and he couldn't win when he joined other superstars (in Houston due to all of the being washed up).

Whereas Wade won on both occasions and is on his way to another ring and maybe more to come in the future. 8-)

Just a sour-graping old man.

I can't see LeBron going back to Cleveland

He has already played more playoffs game in a Heat jersey than he has in a Cavs jersey, and he was with the Cavs for 7 years man. He is closing his on his 4th year here, and already more games and THREE (hopefully 4) trips to the Finals. He also got what he wanted, 2 rings and counting.

LeBron being in his prime shouldn't leave for NEW players. If lets say Kyrie still is in a Cavs uni, and Wiggins/Parker whomever looks good 4 years from now, then its a possibility.

But Miami is a better destination as a whole, better organization, one of the best owners. People **** on the fans, but I don't think LeBron even cares about the fans in the first place (keeping it real), or else he wouldn't have left Cleveland lol. Also what happened with Sterling, I think it adds on to how Dan Gilbert reacted because some people did say it was a slave master mentality ****. Cleveland just does not look appetizing. Then Bynum and Deng are failed projects by the Cavs, they FIRED Mike Brown. ALL those were supposedly factors for LeBron returning and now they are gone LOL. Now the new factors are another number 1 pick... LeBron is the best in the game, who is playing with 2 other top 5 picks in one of the best drafts in recent history.

I mean I think LeBron resigns in Miami for another 4-5 years. After that, who knows. Deep down I think he will retire as a Heat player. He loves it here in Miami. Unless something happens in LA to be honest. His BRAND will sky rocket going to the Lakers, even if he is 35 or something lol.

Barkley has an agenda against Wade which is weird since Wade has made him money before with T-Mobile commercials and etc especially during times where he was almost bankrupt due to his toxic gambling problems. I wonder what the real backstory is between them.

The Spurs are just damn good. All OKC does is chuck up **** shots, some of them go in, they shoot some FTs and that's it.

Durant literally cannot guard anybody in the post. Diaw was backing him down as if KD were a high school girl. Not sure why more teams don't post him up.
