Good lord the spurs...This will definitely be our toughest opponent yet, everyone on their team is healthy and we are too. Going to be a great series...hopefully in our favor. I just pray to god CB plays good or our chances will be slim.

Our best is still better than their best. We'll beat the Spurs if we see them again.

KD only played 29 minutes before getting pulled. 15 points. Wow.

Pop is incredible but don't underestimate the Spurs' talent. Parker can't be stopped off the dribble, Duncan is the perfect big man, and Ginobili can do anything you need on offense. He pairs that with an elite role player like Kawhi and the 5th guy doesn't matter. When a Danny Green goes off, they're absolutely unstoppable.

The best way to play them is to just stay at home on everyone and force Parker to beat you off the dribble time and time again. But he can.

It won't come down on KD just yet especially with Ibaka missing time but it's getting there.

So from last year the Spurs lost Gary Neal but gained Belineli and Patty Mills. We lost Mike Miller and gained Beasley, Oden and a healthier Wade. We'll see what happens if it comes to that.

R.C. Buford was named 2014 Executive of the Year and the San Antonio Spurs are again in the Western Conference Finals.
The Spurs have done a masterful job of rebuilding the team on the fly even as Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker get deeper into their thirties.
“We have a specific list of deal-breakers that are non-negotiable,’’ Buford said. “If players want New York or LA, they’re not going to come here. … If someone’s more interested in winning scoring titles, this probably isn’t the place for them."

When the New York Knicks hired Phil Jackson, many in the NBA wondered why they wouldn't make that type of offer for someone like Buford.
“He believes he’s got the greatest job in the league and works with the greatest people,’’ the source said. “Why would he want to leave that?’’

Such an intelligently run organization. They are like a machine.

The gain we gained from gaining Beasley and Oden is currently at whopping zero. :(

So technically, we lost Mike Miller and gained a healthier Wade, and we shall see 8-)

I remember feeling kind of bad for Duncan and the Spurs last year thinking it was their last serious title run.

**** empathy. Lets send them to retirement with another loss.

Green, Leonard, Splitter, and Diaw are playing better than last year.

OKC is soft as hell.

Even with Ibaka they be down 0-2, they didn't stand a chance but the least you can do is force the Spurs into a physical game. You got 6 fouls to use, start playing more physical. They're finessing your asses out the court and you're just letting them dance around you.

Pathetic. Another undeserved MVP going to another manufactured "superstar". Shades of D Rose winning that MVP. I think we all know who the MVP of this league was, is, and will be until he declines with age.

And see, you just know the media darling, Golden Boy will get no blame for any of this from the media, the narrative will be "Ibaka was hurt".

Was Lebron afforded the same luxury? When Bosh went down, if we had lost to the Pacers in 2012, would they have cut Lebron slack for not having a key player in Bosh?? **** no, hed get all the blame.

But the thing is, if that ever even happens to Lebron "a player going down", he doesnt give up and score 15 pts and say "oh well im not gonna win without Bosh", naw, he puts up an ungodly performance and wills the team to victory with his partner in crime (wade/westbrook for Durant), and moves on.

Man up niqqa.
