Filipino food is bomb. Fried pig and the skin (lechon) with this gravy sauce called mong Thomas.

also, lechon is roasted over a ton of charcoal. if you are referring to fried pork skin, it's called "chicharon". I'd eat that while watching a movie or basketball game with an ice cold bottle of beer instead of popcorn. :droop:
