I'm hoping the 76ers don't waste the opportunity they have with the 10th pick by selecting Garry Harris. Harris is a 3rd guard, or a 2nd division starter at best.

OKC is not going to get a chance to get Adrian Payne. He'll be gone no later than #19, and he really should be a top 14 pick.
