Re: Free Agent PF....
I don't think getting K Love is likely but I don't think its unrealistic. We could offer a top ten pick in a great draft, a former #4 overall pick going into his second year, and we could throw in a future first rounder as well. That is better than what LA gave up for Howard. Also, what team could put together a better package that would give him a chance to contend? I actually think we could resign him. I think it would be kind of hard to turn down resigning with an up and coming franchise with the Hornet buzz where he'll be playing for the GOAT if we are good enough to make the conference finals. It obviously could backfire but you have to be willing to make big moves like this to actually contend in this league. Some people are put off by his defense, but it isn't any worse than McBob's so I don't think that would be a problem and his offense is absolutely amazing. He is a legit top 5-10 player in this league that fits our roster. I think we should at least be trying.

I think we would have to throw in MKG as well. Doubt the 9th pick, Zeller, and a future first get it done. He wouldn't resign here anyway.

I wouldn't want to give up MKG either. I'm just saying we should be throwing something out there. We'd also be throwing in Hendo. What teams do you think will be offering better than something like Hendo, Neal, Zeller, 9, 24/future 1st rounder (or both), and that would actually be good enough for him to consider resigning?

I think the Cavs could do something around the #1 pick, get Love and then pray that Lebron wants to play with him and Irving.

Re: Free Agent PF....
Monroe - really a C, too slow to guard PFs, no range, terrible alongside Jefferson
Pau Gasol - too slow laterally, too old.
Zach Randolph - terrible alongside Jefferson
Kevin Love - Fantasy land, any realist trade package would gut the roster.
Nowitzki - He ain't going anywhere
Gortat - Center
Boozer - too slow laterally, abysmal alongside Jefferson
Retain McBob - only decent option on poll
Personally, I'd try and sign Ed Davis to a short "sink or swim" contract. Might be able to provide enough spacing on offense for Al and athletic/long enough on defense to cover weakside. Still decently young.

Gibson was told hes a starter next season for the Bulls. Should've started 3 years ago.

Henderson+24 for Ilyasova+31?
I'm not a huge Ilyasove fan but he'd be perfect here.

I like Ersan and would do that deal if he didn't get paid 7.9 million and under contract until 2017

Ersan had an average year but is worth his contract for the most part, it is expensive but we really have to do something at this point.
I'd take on an extra year of salary and downgrade 7 spots for the perfect PF to play in our Alfense.
