Hmmm...one time at the Y Tim Legler showed up and went for about 40 in a game I played in like 20 years ago...to 15 by ones but technically he made 13 threes.

Anyhow, I'm completely not sure who we should take, but I did watch Parker a lot this year and I like him. I do not feel like he would be a defensive liability to the level of a Redd/Dog.

Personally can't really be upset with anything top 4 right now or advocate one too far past the others. One question since I didn't watch the Bucks much this year...how does Giannis project if he's a three posting up other threes? At least when he gains some weight, in the future. Trying to consider what a future Bucks offense may look like and major factor for me is which guy compliments him best and where.

I should clarify...just asking if Giannis' future is more as a incredibly large pseudo-point SF or out-quicking fours at that spot.

I have a relative who's a Duke grad and a Jabari Parker superfan and he's told me he doesn't think Jabari is fast enough to make it in the NBA. Take that for what it's worth.

I guess he's not a Jabari Parker super-fan then. More like a Jabari Parker super-enemy. Because that's a take only the extremist negatives would have.

My concerns with his athleticism aren't with an alley oop or a full speed breakaway dunk.

Posting gif's of pretty much any player is mostly a waste of time because you can make a gif of tons of players which makes them look awesome on that given play. Hell, someone could put together a 3-4 minute highlight reel of Jennings with Detroit last year which would make him look like a top tier PG.

Lost due to Jabari being outplayed as well.

I have a friend that is a Duke super-fan and he thinks Jabari Parker is easily the best player in the draft. I think his opinion means is fairly meaningless. I'd say the same for your friend and for pretty much all of us. However, that's not to say this all doesn't make for some fun discussion over the next month and beyond!

Btw...I am becoming a Jabari defender in this thread. I suppose it should be worth pointing out my top 2 in order (as of now) are:

1. Wiggins
2. Parker

I just feel like defending him against those that act like he isn't worthy of discussion towards the top.

Lol. For the record, I think Wiggins is a better offensive player than Marcus Smart. Parker, not so much.

Haven't you been touting Smart for almost a yr now? Seems strange to just trash W Va guards and dismiss Wiggins game against them when you're guy was shut down vs them? Maybe I am just off with my memory.

over analysis of peace

this is what happens when there's a month between the lottery and draft with about 4 players clumped together (arguably).

i'm a wiggins guy, but it's really getting to the point i don't think you can go wrong with any of the 3 remaining players at 2. i can't envisioning myself being upset (maybe a tad disappointed if we pass on wiggins).

the jabari athleticism thing is starting to get overblown. yes, he's not going to blow anyone out of the gym with it, but he's more than fine, and still has a ton of potential. his defense isn't great now, but he has a chance to be adequate.
