I don't know about the Cubs, but the last thing the M's bullpen needed was an extra inning game. Get into the pen early the next couple games and you might come out with a couple easy wins.
Same with the Cubs. They haven't had a break in soo long, and they have worked 8 each innings in two games vs. Atlanta. Bullpen that is.
