Not worried yet. Montreal had to win this one and played like it. On to the next one.

This team is not as pathetic as the Knicks have been. They will not choke. Montreal won this game, clean. Great OT. This is an example that NHL playoffs are anyone's game.

Rangers will be sharper next game. Dare I say, 2 days off too much for this team?

Yeah, this was a weird game for them. I expect a bounce back with a vengeance and the Habs looked completely gassed late so I can't picture them lasting deep into a series. Hats off to that young goalie though, he played brilliantly and this may be a big coming out party for him if he can play even 3/4's as well as he did last night.

Rangers don't play as well at home. Seems like too much pressure from their fans at the arena for them to execute. Wouldn't be surprised if The Rangers lose game 4, win game 5 on road and finally win game 6 on home ice.

did u watch the game? rangers outplayed the habs by miles in this one. u just gotta give the kid in goal credit, he outplayed lundy in this one. we played well enough to win and prob shouldve, but those are the breaks, just cant let it change anything.

Yes I did...yes they played well, but I didn't think that they totally outplayed them. There were times when Habs controlled the play in the second and third periods which is when they scored. Rangers had scoring chances but they didn't finish...MSL had 3 opportunities and couldn't score for example. Generically, the Rangers are a better road club than a home team. Being the home team doesn't exactly strike fear into visiting teams. The Rangers press too hard at home, which I understand as they want to win. It just seems that they relax more on road ice and perform better.

I don't think they outplayed that, but they got a hell of a ton more shots on goal. They just weren't finding the net. Tokarski made some crazy saves. My hat goes off to him for coming up big in a must win game for Montreal.

Now let's get back to winning and quiet this team down.

Looks like Stepan got a broken jaw from Prust's hit:

Looks like suspensions for Carcillo and Prust now.

Both Prust and Carcillo should get three games IMO. Hit on Stepan was completely dirty. I won't hold my breath that Prust gets anything though considering the league and it's history with the Rangers.

Nah he will get suspended. The media is making a big deal about this.

I really hate that Price was injured. I prefer the rangers over the canadiens but I was looking forward to a golatending battle between Price and Lundqvist.

Costly game. Stepan broke his jaw and Carcillo suspended for 10 games.

Let's go Rangers. Took too many penalties in the first but still up 1-0. Hopefully they tighten up in the 2nd and put this game away.

1-0 Rangers in the second period. Subban's acting is almost Oscar calibur.

As I feared, Habs goalie Tokarsky is RED HOT.
