If this is true, then I think that is an argument against taking Jabari. This is what I am afraid of. Melo has consistently been among the most overrated players in the league and many advanced stats ranked Melo as the worst of the 5 starters on many of the Denver teams he was on.
I'd take someone with 2 way potential over the next Melo who rarely makes his teammates better and is far from an asset on defense.
