Oddly enough, I like Smart as a prospect. You can never say that he doesn't give his all. He may be emotional, but I'll take that knowing that he will put every ounce of effort forward to improve his game.

If Indiana would have kept Miles Plumlee instead of trading him in a package for Scola and benched Hibbert this series would be amazing.

Devil's advocate - he wouldn't have got playing time in Indy for the second season in a row and would have never broken out like he did in Phoenix just because of the lack of an opportunity.

I think a lot of it has to do with tv ratings, revenue off of that, etc.

And Lord knows that even with our tv situation being well improved we are still probably the worst team in the league as far as that goes.
