I'm just not that big on Saric, in fact I prefer Nurkic (who seems more likely to come over).

But for now I'll go with fan-favorite Gary Harris.

Went with my man Harris.

Young and Gordon are clearly the best ones left. Going with Young

Agreed they are the best 2 left, but I went with Gordon as BPA. Saric is after these two in my estimation.

Gary Harris over Dario only based off of positional need. Had we needed both PF and SG, Saric would've won for me. James Young seems incredibly too raw for me
Mike Malone was never given a fair chance in Sacramento, and Ranadive will soon come to regret that, when he's on top of the WC inevitably contending somewhere

We do need both PF and SG. Although likely, there's no certainty that they will reach a agreeable agreement with Josh McRoberts this offseason after he opt out

The latter is my thought process. Never a good situation when a guy has a player option because no matter what, it will never benefit the team. I imagine we let him walk if by some miracle of God that Julius Randle falls. If we don't draft a 4 it would be smart to give McRoberts some money (of course within reason).

Comes down to either Gordon, Saric, or Young for me. Went with Saric, I think he's narrowly the BPA.

I just don't get the Young over Harris argument. Harris has him beat on everything except size. He's the better ball-handler, better shot-creator, better mid-range shooter, and much better defender. They're equal in terms of athleticism and shooting -- good but not great at either. Both seem like good kids, but Harris always seems to play harder and smarter.

Young would be next on my board after Harris -- I still like his potential -- but Harris is definitely the better player. Oh well. I guess potential wins out on this one.

Just FYI -- the 3 guys at CBS updated their mock drafts a few days ago. Like just about everyone else, they have Harris going before Young (and even Stauskas). Just food for thought.

The Young > Harris arguement would undoubtedly be that Young has more potential. As you said, Harris is the better player now. But Young has got a higher ceiling. I'd probably rank Harris above Young, but I see the case for Young's potential.

By the way, in that link one of those guys has us getting LaVine at 24. That would be crazy.

Hood is already on the poll. Payne is probably the next best option. Maybe Warren or Hairston after him?

Went Saric. As a side point I would vote for everyone else on the list before Harris and probably a few more guys too.
