Pjanic is better half of those that have been already announced.

I'm sorry did you miss the superb CL run when Dortmund was healthy?
They were easily 1# and 2# with Bayern that year, I think there's no dispute.
Hell they were 4-5 Mkhitaryan chances away from going ET with this year's winner Real Madrid.

I don't remember all of the injuries, but during the Real Madrid tie (googled it, not sure if 100% accurate)
they were missing Neven Subotic, Sven Bender, Ilkay Gündogan and Jakub Blaszczykowski.

I would like to see Real Madrid without 2 of their starting defenders and 2 of their starting midfielders.

Dortmund is top 5 regardless of which angle you look at, so to question their starting XI being top 5 is really blasphemous. (consider they have no bench)

Good football doesn't make the squad stronger though.

For example, Atletico Madrid was probably the best team in 2013-2014 season. They were playing great also but no one can argue that their XI is top 5 not even top 10 in the world.

Dortmund plays really nice football but that doesn't make their squad top 5. They are as a team playing great though.

I can put Real Madrid, PSG, City, Chelsea, Bayern, Barcelona ahead of their squad.

Reus only one spot ahead of Kroos is comedy at its absolute best. One has been amazing all season, the other is still stuck in the post 2012/13 hangover.

I am talking about their starting XI cohesively.

It makes the most sense, doesn't it?

if this list is based on what they showed at the club level this season then yeah, this list is hella (Please Use More Appropriate Word).

more likely its based on some arbitrary combination of reputation/potential/name recognition.
