Almost went with markel brown, but we don't have a lot of roster space and have Jenkins coming back. Stash a Euro center for depth later.

Atlanta takes Nick Johnson.

Classic second round success, an undersized SG with alot of talent and a chip on his shoulders, who will end up having a 10 year career, like Monta Ellis, Gilbert Arenas, or Michael Redd.

Nick Johnson is a great athlete, good shooter, a leader who came from a great program and use to big games on a national level.... he reminds me of a poor man's Derrick Rose.

With Kyle Anderson as the first pick for the Hawks, it will be fun to watch booth Kyle and Nick come off the bench for the Hawks, with Kyle leading the break and throwing up ally oops to Nick.

I really wanted DeAndre Daniels or Thanasis Antetokounmpo but Atlanta should still feel very luck that Nick slipped that far.

A shot blocking C who can pick and pop with considerable upside will fit in nicely and with the tutelage of Al Jefferson will hopefully grow an offensive post game.

what do you guys think about Noah Vonleh going 3rd to the 76ers? Though he doesn't have the high ceiling like parker, wiggins, and embiid, I felt he is the safest bet for someone that can be a 2nd option on a championship team a couple years down the road. Not often do you see a big man in the NBA move in "one piece" and have the touch of a guard. With the right development, I could easily see him become a LAMA type of player with better defensive potential. Also, he would actually fit much better with Noel than Embiid since Noah can stretch the floor and create more spacing for guards driving to the basket.

I think if Philly wants Vonleh they should trade down. It's a stupid move unless you can get some major pieces back in a trade because Embiids ceiling is on another dimension.

#48 Milwaukee selects SG Jabari Brown from Missouri.

We've already grabbed two Euro's in the 2nd round with at least Porzingis likely to stay in Europe for a few years. Brown doesn't have star potential, but can develop into a very good NBA shooter and rotation guy and his 6"8 wingspan measurement suggests he has the length to make up for being slightly undersized at 6"4.

at 49, the bulls take nick johnson. he could maybe fill the hinrich role for the bulls eventually. tough as nails , physically strong, can defend either guard position, run the point for stretches. he shows good pnr potential. unlike this current incarnation of kirk, nick isn't afraid of taking shots, he's strong to the cup and can be a factor in transition either leading the break or running the wing as a finisher.
