I'd take him at 9. You guys are severely underrating him, ive voted for him 3 times now in the big board thread. Like others said, the dream scenario is to take him at 9 and trade Zeller +24 to attempt to move up for Phoenix's pick since they wanted him last year. Its almost a certainty one of of the SG/SF's falls to 14 or 15.

Well the only reason why Zeller got so much burn is he's athletic and a decent team defender which helps cover Al on the weakside and scrap for rebounds Al is too earthbound to go after. As a Pf, Gordon is way, way, way, way more athletic and better defensively, plus he has better IQ I think. If he could shoot at all (and honestly I like Gordon's mechanics better than Zeller's) Gordon would be in top five conversation probably, he is a really good ball player for a freshman.

He'd be an undersized 4 for us but we'd be able to switch on screens like crazy so our team defense would be stellar.

BD don't you dare talk me into liking Gordon for this team.
