LBJ and cramps

Post#1 » by RiversideClips » Sat Jun 7, 2014 4:36 am

It happened, who cares. I think as Clipper fans we know when people want to get on the "Rip your Butt" Bamdwagon. Not a big LBJ fan, but can we at least give him a pass? We now know that he is human and I would have been in the hospital if I played that hard, that long in that heat.
Just no reason to bury the guy, crap happens and it did.

I'm just wondering if the AC "malfunctioned" on purpose. I'm sure the Spurs don't want it working for game 2. And I would have hated having to sit in AT&T Center with no air for all that time.
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!

of course it was. how many businesses do we know that suddenly the AC goes out or lights go out, whatever it is that goes out of order as often in multi-billion dollar industries other than NBA? do we see as often of NFL or MLB stadium malfunction? does Apple, Microsoft, or Samsung experience technical difficulties in their business meetings like NBA does so often when it counts the most?

NHL uses the same arenas often as NBA teams do, and I don't see the arena malfunctioning when there is a hockey game instead of a basketball game.
ehhhhh f it.

I thought it was cute how he had to use all but 1 of Miami's time outs to sub himself out.

Fans said it didn't bother them

I think the spurs should turn the heat on tomorrow night.

it's currently 84 degrees outside where I am.

I challenge anyone to take my car keys and go sit in my car with the windows up.
oh no, don't turn the the car on and try to use the AC.

I've played in 90 degrees before. I lasted about 10 minutes. I give props to everyone, even LeBron, for enduring through it (he did play 33 minutes).

I've my share of time being uncomfortable due to temperature. I'm amazed that these guys can play basketball with it being 90 degrees inside a building. At least if you're outside there's a breeze or you can get some shade.

My guess is that I could last about 20 mins max if I'm uncomfortable and then the air come on, LOL
