In b2b elimination games...

Game 6 - 17/13/9
Game 7 - 19/18/4

The answer is the same as it was four years ago. No.

He played great and deserves some recognition, but no.

Of course he does. But we all knew Kobe would take, along with Chris Pauls MVP and several other way more defensive first teams.

Maybe. I felt he was more impactful than Bryant during those finals, but everybody knew he was never going to get it.

Wow! People so quickly forgot that Kobe was the best player in the finals. Yes, his shooting in Game 7 wasn't very good but he had so many rebounds. Every player had a bad shooting game that night. It was a SEVEN games series, not just one. 28.6-8.0-3.9-2.1 aren't FMVP numbers, yeah... Kobe's hate is just ridiculous.

Dont' forget shooting at .405

Pau did deserve to be FMVP but Kobe being spoilt got what he wanted. I don't think Kobe would have contained his hissy fit if Pau was awarded it.

Seriously? Kobe averaged 28.6 points, 8.0 rebounds, 3.9 assists, 2.1 steals and 0.7 blocks as opposed to Pau's 18.6 points, 11.6 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 0.7 steals and 2.6 blocks for the series. There is no way Gasol was getting it over Kobe.

Kobe hasn't played a game since December 17th and he still making his haters insecure as ever  He won Finals MVP in 2010 and no amount of arguing on a message board is gonna make it disappear from his trophy case.

for sure kobe gets my mvp,
without his shooting, the lakers wouldve won in 6,
but he made it exciting.

Oh, and where else were the Lakers going to get his point production and playmaking from?

I don't think you watched the finals at all.

Without his shooting, lakers would have won in 4.

Great clip. I almost forgot there how good Pau actually was before he mentally checked out.
