Serious discussion. Dwyane Wade needs to medically retire

Post#1 » by Grumpy Heat Fan » Mon Jun 16, 2014 2:04 am

He is done as an NBA basketball player.

This is a serious topic. Wade needs to retire. I love Dwyane Wade. He is the GOAT to the Heat franchise. He is responsible for all of our success.

BUT AS AN NBA LEVEL PLAYER - HE IS FINISHED. His knees will NEVER be NBA level again.

Dwyane Wade is the best thing that's ever happened to the Miami Heat.

With that said, opt-out or GTFO

I'd rather Wade medically retire :

1) He retires in a Heat jersey

2) We don't go through an ugly breakup, Heat franchise/Wade

it depends on whether he can develop a consistent 3pt this offseason like bosh did.

he can't rely on his old game any more, at this point of his career and today's game. he is hurting this team both offensively and defensively.

He's not finished as an nba player, but as a star, a 1B, yea that's over. He's officially Vince carter status

Develop a 3pt? You mean chucking jumpers like you are Kobe isn´t effective? You mean he should develop something which he has neglected for 11 years? You mean he didn´t develop a shot during his maintenance time?

He's done? Is this your first series watching the Heat. He plays well most of the time and occasionally great. The problem is his role and his minutes ... and that's on Coach Spo. Guys with bad knees can't play 35 minutes a game.

Jason Kidd did develop a very good 3pt very late in is career.

Wade missed a chunk of the season and didn't play back to backs. LeBron got ran into the ground.

AND YET WADE STILL IS NOT HEALTHY. He is done, man. Stop it.

Yeah he got time off ... followed by starter minutes. Our coach is a moron.

Come on, that's a bit too extreme. He's obviously done as a reliable 2nd option or even 3rd option, he's still a good starting SG. Let's just hope he doesn't have a big enough ego to except a lesser role. At this point, he doesn't even deserved to be 3rd option, let alone being a 2nd option.
Thanks for all the great memories, LeBron! The show must go on! #Heatnation
