As per wiretap he is considering his options and we were listed as a potential suitor.
I'm not up to date on the ins and outs of our cap situation or the CBA.
What would have to happen for us to be able to sign him.

Kinda hoping maybe the chance to carry the spurs into the future might be enough to sway him out way.

It'd have to be a sign and trade i imagine, not sure the fit is correct on your team but i'm sure Pop could do wonders with him.

If Duncan retires, than Danny Green for Monroe works straight up

I wouldn't mind him but I don't see how we could pull it off.

whatever player mentions the spurs, dont believe in them, just using the spurs as leverage theres demand for them,

only listen when spurs make announcements

i dont think they bring in anyone new, the got a good roster and some projects overseas they could dip into, draft and stash again imo...

could see them developing austin daye who still has some potential if pop can t urn him into a defender, they its good to go...

Yeah I like Monroe but getting him means we'll be making major changes to the team. It likely means we don't bring back Diaw and Mills.

We just won the title, I don't want any changes whatsoever except the guys on the injured list. Bye bye Austin Daye.
