We appreciate everything that you've done for us, Battier.

Thank you for being classy, professional, and being that locker room guy.

Can't wait to read his book and tells about the speech in Toronto that started the 27 game win streak.

Game 7 of the 2013 NBA Finals
2012 NBA finals.

He was huge in both of them. Played a massive role in winning us two championships. Thanks for the memories Shane, our fortunes turned around when you signed with us in late 2011

I will never ever forget his 2013 Finals G7 and 2012 Finals as a whole. Honestly, I thought he was gonna have that final magical run sometime this year, but I guess there's always an end.

Will miss you, Shane!

Thanks for your time here Shane, really brought something to this squad that can't really be quantified. Leaves us with lots of great memories.

I've never wanted to punch someone in the face so badly. Really hoping to run into him at a game one day. I won't hesitate.

Ultimate roll player, true team player. I honestly didn't see anyone try to even take a legit charge in these finals (for the heat) until Battier "tried" early in the 1st half of game 5.
