Nice win to start the tournament.

Thomas Müller now has eight goals in seven matches at world cups.

an interesting yet annoying game to watch, at least for me. Nigeria keeps messing up the pass that could get them in a position of a good look at the goal. Their first half performance was very typical of a young, skilled, yet unorganized African team. Moses keeps deciding to do it on his own every time he shouldn't attempt to do so.

If Ronaldo isn't 100% and the guy who plays for Jozy does well we have a chance

If I am coaching I start Dempsey up top and Zusi in the midfield. The rest of our guys are not meant to play up top alone.

Never got into soccer much until I was at the beach with a buddy who was watching a lot of the World Cup, and I've actually enjoyed watching it. Never thought I could actually enjoy watching soccer

I played soccer from age 5 to 17 and loved it, but hated watching it. I've loved watching it this year. Haven't played in nearly 4 years, maybe I should give that a try sometime.
