brown might be more advanced mentally and has better touch. both are bigs who know how to and want to play big though. i like that.

yeah was worried about Udoka's physical assertion against guys his size when i first saw his clips. Then i saw what he did against Big Zimm who granted isn't a banger but Doka plays like he could truly give a **** who's on the block against him he's going to bang and impose his will as much as he possibly can.

Some refinement with his footwork would go a long way. Figuring from now till his one and done season some good time put in we could be seeing something special.

Looking at that whole class though if they continue to get better and improve they could surpass this years NBA draft class for talent near the top at least.

Sure, that could happen. I'm not guaranteeing anything, but simply from what I know, it would be surprising, that's all.

It depends on Elijah Thomas and Zimmerman, actually. Morgan's going to be a PF this year and next. If Zimmerman comes, yeah, there wouldn't be any room for Smith, but if he doesn't, then the minutes would divided with Morgan/Wood at PF, Smith/Morgan at SF, and Okonoboh/Wood at C.

was checking out the ESPN rankings for the 2016 class. Its only one spot and maybe im just not very impressed with Terrance Ferguson but i don't see what gives him the edge over Josh Langford besides bounce and range. also don't see what gives Jaylen Fisher the higher rank over Derryck Thornton besides height. you've posted on both Ferg and Lang who do you think gets the nod there? thoughts on Jaylen Fisher and Thornton also because I don't see anything in Fisher's game that blows Derryck's out the water.

Was watching replays of HS championships on ESPN and Prince Ali seems massively underrated for 2015. Big frame, long, shifty, quick first step, vertical leap and high motor. Seems like an Oladipo type but his ball skills are further along at the same age, especially his handle and pull-up jumper. Absolutely torched EYBL,too.

ferguson is all upside. he's a track athlete with a pretty looking jumper from deep but the results aren't always there and he has a ton of holes in his game. langford's game is more complete on both ends of the floor. he's the better ball-handler, better in-between game, slasher, playmaker and defender, but he also matured physically quicker than ferguson has. i prefer langford.

i haven't seen enough of fisher's game to have an opinion of him.

zimmerman has the type of game to fit next to any big in college really. he can play in space and looks like he prefers it. he can hit jumpers from mid, he's unselfish and a very good passer. he'll feed the post or play high low. defensively he's mobile, still light in the cakes, but he can get away with that at the college level. after some early struggles on their AAU team getting accustomed to each other, he and rabb have adjusted and started producing together instead of taking turns, eating each other's production.

i don't wanna speculate which direction he's leaning. i just know who's in the mix and i think it's closer to 50-50 b/t UNLV and 'zona. the 7'er that they got shouldn't impede 'zona from going full bore after zimmerman.

with Rabb on the block and Zimm feading or feasting from the high post I don't see how they can't work similar to a Gasol/Z-Bo combo in Memphis.

really starting to get enamored with Jeter's game. If he can add some rocks to his pockets over the next few years I think he can be a solid big in the league.

Do keyboards in the US not contain the letters E,M,O,S,I,B and N.

Thats the only reason I can ascertain for the lack of Ben Simmons mentions in this thread. Seems to be going OK at the current camp for someone who flew in from Australia 2 days prior.
