Wade TOV% 19.3
LeBron TOV% 15.5

You have to look at more than raw numbers. I don't know what happened to Wade's handles but in games 4 and 5 it was like he couldn't dribble past Kwahi/Green.

Was it really just careless passing, I mean I started fearing him handling the ball like he was Tony Allen

LeBron actually turned the ball over more than Wade. Just really sloppy play from the Heat.

   Wade isn't getting traded. Especially not for a 16 and 19th pick + what Snell?

Also did it look like he gained weight in the playoffs if he did it would explain some of the lack of explosion

^ I agree, I remember seeing the photos of how he looked before the season started and he was pretty cut. Saw that photo with him on the bench with LeBron and he lacked muscle definition.

I think Wade will gladly come off the bench if it means a chance for the championship. And, I think he and Bosh will restructure their contracts for the right player. Give LeBron whatever he wants.

It basically says LBJ or BOSH have to come out aggressive

Yeah looks like Wade is perfect as a 6th man

exactly who is going to bench wade? whose that great player thats going to bench him?

as bad as wade was, the others were far more trash then him.

The starting 5 isn't about putting your best 5 players on the floor. It's about staggering the minutes so your team is utilized best over the course of the game. When Harden came off the bench for OKC or Manu for SAS it's not that they dont/didn't finish the game. It's that their teams already had another primary ball handler to start the game an their skills were better utilized as the primary ball handler when it was time to give rest.

The sad part about LeBron and Wade pairing up from day one was that one of the most exciting players with the ball wasn't going to have it any more.

By letting Wade come in at the 4:00 mark and spell LeBron you give both of them more rest. You remove the redundancy of their games and you give Wade the opportunity to destroy tired starters or fresh scrubs. Either way it isn't fair. And it will also prolong his career.

Most important transition is not just Wade coming off the bench but giving LeBron an earlier rest so that we can keep him fresh as well (in each game and in the long run).

LeBron (and ideally Bosh too) takes a seat around 9:00 mark in the 1st and 3rd quarters --
Wade comes in and runs the offense with the 2nd unit. LeBron comes back in around 1:00-2:00 mark in the 2nd and 4th (depends on how games go).

I have always thought that using LeBron for the entire 1st and 3rd quarters is a ridiculous strategy.. you HAVE to take advantage of breaks between quarters to maximize your star player's rest time.
We almost always give our opponents very nice momentum in the beginning of the 2nd and 4th quarters through the middle of these quarters until LeBron comes back. And esp. in the 4th when LeBron gets back, we have a horrible flow to the game and the team tends to stagger around the rest of the way or has to rely on LeBron taking over which is really hit or miss and not the best basketball.

Will Wade coming off the bench really happen? I have no idea, but the latter must happen.

Miami would need a bonafide starter at sg. Wades not going sit for a player he's better than across-the-board.
