Contest: Your Mock Draft vs Actual Results

Post#1 » by MasterIchiro » Wed Jun 18, 2014 8:16 pm

Here is mine -

http://espn.go.com/nba/draft2014/featur ... 9863,19722

I want to start a contest for title of Board Draft Guru.

For every player matched with the correct slot, not correct team, you get a point.

Edit: I should be clear that we are predicting the final draft, not Chad Ford's final mock.

My picks:
http://espn.go.com/nba/draft2014/features/draftmachine/result?picks=19900,19997,19974,19899,19902,19904,19805,19905,19767,19801,19888,20082,19903,19876,19754,19811,19764,20089,20014,19797,20008,20030,20094,19695,19580,20034,19850,19612,19881,20093

McDermott and Hairston at #9 and #24.

Toronto gets Slo-Mo and we will know him as Magic Anderson for the next few years from all the Raps fans here.

By the way, also hopping off the LaVine wagon onto the McDermott wagon. Nothing on LaVine, just like McDermott even more.

I pray for the sake of Jazz fans everywhere that Parker does not fall to 4. I don't think they could handle the roller coaster of emotions as they suddenly begin to seriously believe he could fall to them at 5, only to be let down when Orlando takes him.

I just did a mock (posted on these boards tonight) - wanted to know how you guys thought you fared (I included trades I would like to see happen) and Charlotte is pretty active in it.

Are folks really thinking we pass on Napier at 24 if he's there?
