Turns out I wasn't wrong (so far).

Jordan never fully understood basketball. He had the lowest basketball IQ of any NBA "superstar" in history.

Spain is doing even worse than France in 2002 or Italy in 2010

congrats to Chile for moving on.
Hopefully Spain revamps their roster with younger players and we can be back in the euros.

I would've expected to see some of the Spanish players laying on the grass, crying with palms on face but no. They look like they don't even care.

Vidal is gonna cost Chile at some point. He's so nervous and unpredictable out there.

On the one hand, I'm happy Spain just got eliminated. On the other hand, I'm annoyed to watch them go out like this, especially because I feel like they'd have been one of the few sides who could potentially embarrass the **** German national team.

Anywho, congrats to Chile for advancing.

I won't say that...to me they looked like they expected it. And tbh, it was inevitable...though maybe not like this. They only know one way to play, and when that's not working, they're almost clueless. Clearly the 5-1 loss did more damage than we thought.

Barcelona and Real Sociedad have finalized a €12 million transfer agreement that will bring goalkeeper Claudio Bravo to the Camp Nou.
Barcelona and Bravo had reached an agreement on personal terms weeks ago and following his World Cup campaign with Chile and subsequent holidays, Bravo will go straight to Barcelona.
Bravo is 31 years old and will give Barcelona depth in goal replacing Victor Valdes.

Should be, but both teams might just play for a draw and not stress themselves too much.

Actually the winner gets to avoid Brazil so it's kind of a big deal
