Ping Pong balls out, Ron Jeremy in

Post#1 » by theBigLip » Thu Jun 19, 2014 10:59 pm

Had to change my avatar. Ping pong balls are only for lottery teams. With Ron "SVG" Jeremy leading the way, it is playoffs next year for sure!

I would be surprised if we were in the lottery next season. SVG has never been the head coach of a lottery team.

Simply by not playing Smith at small forward, the team will improve. That's before the draft, free agency or trades.

I can't help but trust in SVG. Dudes record speaks for itself. I like many others am going to be glued to everything Piston related this off season!

Ron Jeremy is something opposing fan bases call Stan in derision.

Indeed. Too bad it has been ridiculously quiet on that front. Then again, nobody is looking to lose their job by leaking info.

Well it can be our little double standard

I came here to do two things: get lost and slice **** up & I'm all out of directions.

Butler removing rearview mirror in his car as a symbol to never look back

We had bold proclamations like this last year, too.

Hope you're right.

Definitely had bold proclamations, but we definitely have the coaching staff in place that could make it a reality. Luckily, we do now.

Find Ron Jeremy's horror/comedy "One Eyed Monster." Trust me, you'll thank me.

I'm hoping Bower/SVG pull a draft night deal next week. I could see SVG coveting some of those shooters like Stauskus or Harris and trying to make a deal happen.

^I don't think we could get that high in the draft because Moose can't be dealt an we ain't dealing Drummond and nobody else on our roster could realistically get us that high.

Probably not. We really just don't have the assets to make that play.

But, if a player like KJ McDaniels was available in the 20's, it doesn't seem out of the question that they could just purchase a pick from a team and take him.

I think our best chance to get in the first round is to buy a pick from Chicago (16 & 19?) or Houston.. Both have indicated an interest in shedding the guaranteed salary of a first round pick in order to chase after Melo/LeBron.

Don't be surprised if the Pistons end up with a mid lottery pick next season. A lot of teams will get better and there is not much incentive to tank in a weak draft like next year's.

Pretty bad example considering the fact that the Knicks ended up with a better record than the Pistons. Not only that, the Pistons tried more to improve its roster compared to the Knicks last off season.

Sorry to break your heart

Wow, my heart is broken, please forgive me oh my Lord.

The East is going to be weak as f**k as always and if we don't reach the PO is because we're a pretty bad team, not because teams are tanking  Do you think the Bucks were tanking? I don't know how they can get more wins with his roster than the last year (without his rookie star).

The Knicks were an awful team and they weren't tanking (they couldn't tank anyway), and the Heat could be a weak team depending of their stars PO contracts. So you were a little bit pathetic talking about the Knicks record was better than the Pistons', because they were supposed to be 2nd or 3rd in the East. You so funny lame.
