wonder what would make him bolt to go up north?

was it the pay?
The Sterling stuff?

if he went to be a head coach, I'd understand him but damn.

they'll know all of our secrets on offense now?????

it goes both ways. we can tweak what we've got with a new offensive coach, but we do know very well what Alvin Gentry will run up there.

plus, now with Mark Jackson gone, I fully expect the Warriors to revert back to heavy offense, no defense team from next season with Iggy as their sole committed defender.
ehhhhh f it.

I was a massive hater when Gentry was head coach of the suns but now i'll be sad to see him gone. He may not have the skills to be a top head coach but my god he knows how to run an offense. We would be idiots to stray too far from the system he has given us. If it's not broken don't fix it!

"LAC is considering ex-NBA head coaches Mike Woodson and Lawrence Frank as asst candidates to replace Gentry & might hire both, a source said"

I can dig that

Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, Andrew Bogut, and Festus Ezeli along with Andre Iguodala will continue to be our defensive guys. I think the Warriors will add another defensive SF this offseason as well to provide more depth at SF like a Wesley Johnson or a Brandon Rush to go along with Andre Iguodala and Harrison Barnes at SF. I don't think they would strip away a top defensive team identity back to the piece of crap offensive heavy no defense team that was coached by Don Nelson and Keith Smart.

Why do the Warriors like to take the Clippers stuff?

Anyways, sucks, but good signing for them, hopefully we an get one of Skiles, Frank or Hollins as a defensive coach.

Ryan Hollins as a coach would just be comical, but maybe, just maybe it could work
