BP also stated we're looking to acquire another pick, but obviously that party has to be interested in our assets.

I really hope we're not blowing our shot at a top five talent.

Oh this again..... :)

How are we blowing our shot at a top 5 talent?

For me I am still a Wiggins guy. I really like them both and will be happy either way. I could care less if we select Smart at #2 as long as he's the guy who's at the very least the 2nd best player taken in this draft in a few years.

Will be disappointed if it's not Wiggins. But obviously will not cheer in any way against Parker's success if he's the pick. I'd just hope he becomes the next Melo.

Great news from BP.

Don't overthink this. Just take the one stud left in your lap and thank god you're blessed with an awesome talent.
We're going to turn this team around 360 degrees.

A better question would be how long is it going to take this thread to reach 100 pages. :D

Right. We get the leftovers. A 2 man race and we have 2nd pick. Sux.

Along with wiggins who needs time to develop offensively. Essentially another tank season with loads of youth. MAKE IT HAPPEN

Hopefully there's a chubby chasing GM out there that sees OJ as a comely asset. Do not want him taking Parker under his buffalo wings.

This feels like, if history is repeating itself, Cleveland is going to leave us with the better player. They make awful choices.

I'm preparing for the worst (Parker) but hoping for the best (Wiggins, which is who I always wanted). All while realizing the "worst" is still really good.

Then cross my fingers that we get another top ten (again, assuming the worst because... the Bucks) and see how the rest of the draft goes.

Hope that acquiring another pick "depending on other teams wanting the Bucks assets" doesn't mean they're waiting for the calls.

At this point I am happy with either. I have moved onto the possibility of another pick and or who they get in the 2nd round. The 2nd 1st rounder and or the 31st pick are going to have to play this year.

Sit back and enjoy Thursday. We are going to get one of the two, but the choice is out of our control.

If you want to discuss stuff, read the RealCavsFan.com to get their take on who Gilbert might draft at #1 or if he deals the pick. That's where the action is for Bucks fans. See what emanates out of Cleveland.

FWIW, Bill Simmons as of now believes the Cavs are leaning Jabari.

For sure. I'm in the Parker camp, but I think Cleveland is taking him.
