Since the majority of this board doesn't want parker why not trade with utah. The 5th pick u could grab smart or exum (pg check)u get that 4 in favors (check) plus the 23rd pick which put together with the 31st or 30th could get u up in the upper teens to draft that shooting guard this team needs.
Better yet trade Henson n knight to get 7 or 8.
3 picks on top 23 wouldn't b bad.

Either these guys are blowing smoke or they're not overly awesome at keeping things close to their vests.

Yeah I'm out on Embiid now because of the foot/back, but I would not project that to the world if I was the Bucks brass.
We're going to turn this team around 360 degrees.

Or now drafting Embiid became an option that he got hurt... The staff knows this is a four... five year rebuild. Sanders is likely shipped off w/ another player for a pick.

In other words...forget Exum as well. Its Wiggins or Parker and I am excited!

I wonder if a free fall by Embiid will make trading for another pick harder. Might be some teams waiting till that shakes out.

That's probably the worse known secret it doesn't take a rocket science test to figure the bucks have no interest in embiid after the injury

I hope they aren't serious. Not a good strategy to be that candid in an arguably top heavy draft with available picks and teams trying to get Cleveland's pick (assuming they're being 100).

One thing I thought was interesting was this tweet last Friday:

[tweet]https://twitter.com/GoodmanESPN/status/480056321870270464[/tweet]

Back then, unless something's come out that I didn't see, only Milwaukee and Cleveland had his medicals. Right? So either Cleveland or Milwaukee was feeding Goodman that info.

How far might Embiid fall if no one has his medicals? And would that leave a slight possibility for us to move back up to get him?

Happy Draft Week my fellow junkies!

Between draft rumors and the USA-Germany match, I have a feeling Thursday won't be my most productive work day of the year.

Had the same thought. But maybe they shared the info, or maybe teams were making decisions based on incomplete info.

If they are really going to take Wiggins or Parker... then why are you guys so upset that they'd voice it at this point? If that's their final decision, then how are they going to leverage that at all? How do you guys think that somehow impacts Cleveland's pick or plans... and even if it does, how does that at all impact us?

If Philly is going to trade up and take Wiggins, they are going to do it regardless. They aren't stupid, they are going to assume we are going to take Wiggins or Parker.

It had to be the Cavs.... Bucks medical staff laugh at such minor injuries.

Agree 100%. Assuming that they're content taking whomever is left between Parker and Wiggins and they're not interested in trading down, they have no reason to be secretive about their intentions.

Bucks medical staff said Embiid should be ready to play this weekend.
