not sure if it's a gimmick per se just something he's been doing in matches for at least a year or two for comedic relief, ROH is just starting to market it into t-shirts though

At least in the area where I live, the Pay-Per-View is on at the same time as the television show. Why would they do it that way?

When SCUM won their match to receive a future Championship match I thought Rhyno would be getting the title shot, but from what Corino said this week it sounds like Hardy will be the one getting the title shot. They have a lot of great wrestlers more deserving of a title shot than Hardy is. I rarely have complaints about Ring of Honor, but if true this will definitely be one of them.

I address my hostile takeover of Ring of Honor this weekend as I end the myth of Kevin Steen Saturday and beat whichever Briscoe is the ROH World Heavyweight Champion on Sunday. Myself, Steve Corino, & SCUM wil then convert ROH Wrestling to OMEGA Wrestling and dominate the professional wrestling industry.

I want to make this post the past few months, or I should say when RoH signed to TV deal(not national wise obvious.) I check to see maybe I get ring of honor where I live which I don't. At times I have watch RoH from their web-site which by the way they still show it for free members if you register from their sites, and they also offer members you pay for I forgot how much a month which gives a bit more benefits.

Anyways, few months ago check to see I get RoH which I didn't. I haven't check for a while, and haven't watch RoH from their site for a while because either I keep forgetting or didn't get the chance to. Then last Saturday I discover and I currently getting Ring Of Honor on my local channel(on Fox.) which is pretty damn cool. I missed pretty much majority of the show since I didn't until the last minute when I change that channel Kevin Steen was wrestling against Eddie Edwards.

Pretty damn cool that I got RoH and now I am going to DVR it every Saturday. Lesson is keep looking eventually you may get it

Signed up to the website, watched the most recent TV episode.

I like it... I wish the venues weren't half full though, but I suppose that's what you have to deal with when you find a space big enough to accommodate a ring.

Do I need a membership to watch upcoming episodes? I noticed I can't watch the archives unless I have one. There's too much to go back to watch, and I found a primer of their current angles online, so I'd rather pick up here.

ROH comes on local TV here where I live on Saturday & again on Sunday, so if I'm watching their TV show it's usually on my TV, but I do believe that you can always watch the most recent TV episode on their website whether you are a member or not, you just can't go back and watch archived episodes.

It comes on here also but I always wished they had gotten a deal with WGN or some national channel.

Thinking about going to an event here in Toronto in September. $85-ish gets me a seat in the second row.

Has anyone been to a ROH event? Some research tells me that anything beyond the second row will be tough to see without standing the entire time.

Any tips or anything?

How are women treated at these things? It seems sausage-festy and macho. My gf isn't a fan but wants to come and she's worried about negative male attention.

I've been to a few of the Ted Reeve Arena events but not the Maple Leaf Garden shows, you'll have more fun in second row but I think the not being able to see stuff is overblown, with indy shows you'll have a good view regardless. Sausage fest yes lol but that's with all indy wrestling pretty much, women are treated fine haven't seen or heard of any inappropriate behaviour directed at women, if anything Toronto ROH fans are very friendly.

Wondering if anyone in the Milwaukee/Chicago area is going to one or both of the Death Before Dishonor shows in a couple weeks. They've only got one match announced for each show, the Friday show in Milwaukee has Michael Elgin vs Silas Young (he's a Milwaukee native) and the Saturday show has an 8-man tag of The Briscoes and Bad Influence vs The Young Bucks and ReDragon. I probably can't make the Friday show because of work but could probably make the Saturday show but am waiting to see how the rest of the card plays out before making a decision. I'll say this, AJ Styles and Adam Cole are both scheduled to appear and if that match happens the likelihood of me being there increases significantly.

I didn't even realize they were coming here. The Chicago show looks like it might have the better card but that'd be a bit of a drive for me, especially getting back afterwards. The Turner Hall is like a 15 minute drive, so with wrestlers like AJ Styles, Adam Cole, The Young Bucks, Kaz & Daniels etc. booked I'm definitely going to see if I can make it there. Thanks for the heads up safi.
