If we aren't trading up, I really hope we make a strong push for one of these picks in the 7-11 range. We've heard rumors about all of those being tradeable, and we have the assets to go get one. Time to cash in.

DrafrExpress mock updated, still has us with Embiid and Payton. I think they've had us with those two since the Embiid injury happened.

I hope Rob was able to ask our doctors for their opinions, based on received medical records.

The more you hear about his prognosis being good the better it is for us. Thursday's draft is a total mystery, more so than I can ever remember.

I'm glad that Embiid's foot injury is being reported as not career threatening, that gives us a better chance he goes top 3 and we can snag Exum. Cleveland could easily still pick Embiid.

Vonleh fits better for what they are trying to do and they have time to develop him. draft a 2 guard with the 10 pick. They wont find a quality big man at the 10 spot, so they have a better chance in getting a solid big man prospect at 3 then at 10.

Stauskas
Thad
Vonleh
Noel

Thats a team to roll with in the future and looks bright.

I really hope this happens because...

1. Exum drops to us.
2. That 76ers team doesn't scare me 1 bit.

If we were picking 3 and 10, all my worries would be gone. Just 2 more days of this

i'm kind of with you on that one. every day i wake up....i swear the plot freakin thickens like a damn spanish novela. Would i take him injuries and all and hope for the best.....if he's there and the organization isn't blown away by anyone else....yes (soft voice*)....But....if i'm watching the draft.... annnnnd 2 of Wiggins/Parker/Exum goes 1 and 2....then see embiid's name called at 3.... there might be a deep sigh of the relief and i can put the dice back in my pockets. hahaha

This is gonna be a stressful draft. :-D Thankfully for the most part we'll be done in the first hour or so... and the suspense will be over. ughhhhh

I am extremely annoyed by hearing that draftexpress video background music for weeks. I close my eyes and the melody keeps repeating in my head.

Use a different song for once a while you ******* ********, you are **** with my psyche.

Maybe we are being to logical with the Cavs pick of Wiggins, Parker or Embiid. Bennet, Waiters and Thompson were surprises. So what if the Cavs do it yet again and take someone like Vonleh for example? Maybe they are just as much of a wildcard as usual. Mostly I am just trying to think of ways Exum drops to us without us trading up.

Also like they idea of absorbing Nash's contract for the 7th pick. Although idk if Nash plays anywhere this year but LA after the divorce battle he had with his wife this year.

It's a well balanced team in my opinion...but nothing earth shattering....the scary thing would be the $80 mill in cap space that they will have after that season of sifting through they're talent to fill in. And they'll probably be back at the top of the draft next season.

Ryen Russillo just predicted the top five on he and SVP's radio show. Ryen talked to an NBA GM out of the top five. They went Parker, wiggins, Exum, Vonleh and Gordon.

I would absorb his contract straight up or trade nelson for the 7th pick and nash. Cuz if it ain't us....it'll just be some other team. Let nash mentor our "PG of the Future" from his hoveround. haha
