Uh, the world was first alerted to his scum-baggery last world cup against Ghana, it's common knowledge

No it's not. Punishment doesn't give back the opportunity of classification to Italy, doesn't help Suarez to redeem himself, doesn't have the WC to have better matches, doesn't make Suárez more poor or rich, only causes Uruguayan fans frustration and makes the WC worse to watch.
He should get a huge fine, though.
you do something wrong, you get punished period, no matter your stature. unless you want him to continue to bite, kick, testicle twist other players willy nilly, you give him the harshest punishment possible. if he was so important to his team, he should've known better.

And so does England for still counting 1966 as a won World Cup when they won it by a goal that shouldnt have counted.
Everybody is scum-baggery

Sounds like you're defending Suarez. Which is weird.

Bolding should has me confused, WHERE DO YOU STAND

The punishment has nothing to do with reincidence. Never had, never will have. Punishment is just satisfaction of the good people's bloodlust and only causes suffering. The ban of Suarez, or any player whatsoever, doesn't do any good for this sport, and won't stop him for being overaggressive again, because his aggressiveness comes from beyond his consciousness.
Either you kill him, or brain-wash him, or ban him permanently of this sport. The only way of not seeing overaggressiveness of Suarez in the sport.
The ones that pay for Suarez ban, is the people of Uruguay. But you fine him big time, or give him alternative punishment, like attending charity work in payment of the withdrawal of the ban, or both of them should be much better, because Suarez this way, feel what he did in his bank account, and in his psiqué through work. Ban him of the WC and you'll only create frustration, hatred and no good thing will be built on that.
One game, because that should be a direct red, is what should be given to him. No punishment enforcing. Also, lol at the calling of three-strikes-out criminal policy in this one.

So, basically what you're saying is that FIFA should condone this type of behavior just because he's a great player, but when a lesser player does it, you'd be OK with a ban?
I'm not pro post game punishment at all. Just fine the **** out of them. Football shouldn't be decided on courthouses.

Jordan never fully understood basketball. He had the lowest basketball IQ of any NBA "superstar" in history.

You probably agree with Sepp Blatter then when he said a racial abuse should be settled with a handshake
