Nash likely retires or asks for a buyout, we erase the BG deal for a future pick with better protection. At #7 we'd likely get Smart or Gordon at least and maybe hit the jackpot of Embiid dropping that far.

We need to add Monroe for that trade, and even with this maybe the Lakers would say no.

Why would they want Monroe? The whole point of them doing it would be to play the Lebron + Melo game.

There are ZERO posibilities that Melo or LeBron goes to the Lakers, not at least with Kobe there.

I'd be careful with absolutes. This time 4 years ago plenty of people said "there's zero chance Lebron & Bosh go play for Wade's team".

Don't remember that, anyway you can't compare the Wade's ego with the Kobe's ego. Honestly, nobody can be compared with the Kobe's ego.

Siva/Datome/Mitchell/Harrelson for M.Dunleavy Jr.

Jennings and Smoove for Amare and 3 2nd's

10 2nd's for 15th pick

unconditional 1st of 2015 for 14th, 18th, and 27th

draft: E.Payton, A.Payne, C.Capela, S.Napier
max-out Monroe
sign Hinrich

Napier, Payton, Bynum
KCP, Hinrich
Singler, Dunleavy, Jerebko
Monroe, Payne
Drummond, Capela, Stoudemire

expirings: Bynum, Dunleavy, Singler, Jerebko, Stoudemire

develop the rooks and get a good look at the team next year. And instead of a 1st rounder in 2015, we have cap space to re-sign guys and look at FA's who have actual NBA experience. That's a solid way to build a contender for the season of 2015-16. Realistic or not, that result would make for good watching next season and hope for the future. One notable result is that KCP would be tested with big minutes at SG.

Serious question, were you even following the NBA 4 years ago?

Coolness, you're my guy but the Pistons won't trade Jennings and Smith(especially) for trash.

Jennings and Smith for Amare and three 2nd round picks is the best possible deal the Pistons could ever dream of

Pure expiring contract to redo Dumars mistakes next offseason

We can even tank this season, get a high pick, and properly rebuild next year with only KCP, Monroe, Drummond on the books

Hopefully Phil Jackson gets desperate enough and does this deal but I dont think he is that stupid

I guess you're still showing you lack reading comprehension because I just asked an honest question. Not sure what was so difficult about it. If a person was actually following the NBA in 2010, remembering the "pipedream long shot" of those 3 teaming up would be like remembering your address. But ok, you kinda already answered my question anyway.

If you think the current Lakers' situation is comparable with the Heat 2010... I don't know what to say.

Uhhhh I don't know what else to say either........ since CLEARLY I've never said that. But carry on my man. Looks like a simple yes or no is too big a concept for you.

No, I've never seen basketball, it's pretty clear because I want Smith over Monroe.

Knicks and Mavs have agreed to trade Fat-Ray Felton and Tyson Chandler for Jose Calderon, Sam Dalembert and Ledo.

Funny that the Mavs are trading to get Chandler back.
