Here is why I think something else is going to happen. Magic wouldnt just trade Afflalo to just get rid of him and get any tiny morsel for him. Theyd wait until the trade deadline next year to maximize his value. Yes, he can opt out next year, but we also waited with Redick until the trade deadline.

Fournier's game reminds me a bit of Parson's to be honest. He def has some skills...so we aren't getting back trash for him. He has put up multiple 20 pt games in his second year in the league. He isn't a scrub by any means, but the deal just seems rushed to me if this is ALL it is....so I believe something else has to be tied to it.

I like Fornier and think he's a good get....but for Afflalo? I'll be happier about getting Fornier when I see what else Rob is doing, which hopefully he is. But yeah, pretty good young player and he should be good off the bench for us.
