What would be really **** up is if Cleveland moves back to #3, picks Exum and holds him hostage for #4 and #12 from us.

At that point i just take Embiid and swing for the fences

I think the Sixers stick it to us and take Exum. I do not see ANYWAY Exum is available at #4. And we will be "stuck" with Smart. I I also do not see anyway we move up. We WILL be selecting at 4 and 12. And now 56. SUCKS! I am sure Robbie did all he could, within reason, to move up but nobody was buying it. You can not blame Henny for frickin' fickle ping-pong balls. But his talent evaluating will be sorely tested tonight.

I agree.... I liked Vucevic and Harris when they were in their draft class. they were players that i wished we had that extra mid level to lower first round pick to get. so i was happy when we got them in trades. same thing goes went for fournier... not too often do you have a heady/tough european like him who could handle and shoot the ball. so i am happy to have him.... though it is still a "not a glamorous" trade like getting the #8-11 pick.... but i'm assuming that there is a reason he is clearing an extra 7 million on a team that's already well under the cap.

Sounds like the first domino falling to make an interesting summer.

Unless we really believe Exum will be there at 4 or Embiid is really going to be back to form, I'd offer 4,12, and Harris and even Moe for 1 and Jack. I would think they'd take that over 3, 10 and 32. Hopefully at least.

Cavs still weighing the option of gambling on Embiid at 1. No way in hell they take Exum over Wiggins if this happens. Exum at 4 is still very plausible

I think it just proves that you can tweet anything you like and people will circulate it for you without calling you out on it. Tis the season.

Why? That's not really any better than what we got. Henderson isn't really that good, is 5 years older, and his contract sucks. Also, chances are we wouldn't be getting anybody better than Fournier with #24.

I'm sitting here outside the gym waiting for some news. Refreshing the boards and twitter. Refresh. Refresh. Refresh. I got to go inside and flex some weak muscles but since I've got the work emergency assistance this week and have to have the phone on me, I know all I'll be doing in there is refresh the boards and twitter. Refresh. Refresh. Refresh.

I know they have a connection with Exum via their coach, but I just don't get this with MCW on the roster.

I know they could trade him, but that's not a given. Exum has stated he wants to play PG and has presumably been cold on the Cavs and Bucks because they have PG's already. So is his connection the only reason he's a viable option for the 76er's? Pick the BPA and then figure it out later?

I'd consider moving down if Philly takes Exum #3.

Me too, if we can pick up extra assets. Smart or Vonleh do not excite me one bit.

If Embiid is there at four, take him. No questions asked. Cannot pass this guy up. I could care less about a point guard if we can grab him.

I think fournier will be loved on this board. He plays like a spurs player. Exactly the kind of guy we need.

Yeah I love that move. He is a shooter which is something we desperately need. Has good size, can drive to the basket, good passer, unselfish, and is only going into his third season. Perfect guy to come off the bench.

I just don't see Henni taking Embiid when we don't have access to his medical records (per reports).

He might have done as much research as possible on Embiid regardless, but it doesn't seem like a pick he would make.

And I think both would still be available in the 5-8 range anyway. One of those teams below us (Celtics or Lakers) may want to secure their shot at Embiid.
