No its not useless. This is a deep draft with not much separating 10-25. In for one have no interest in moving up to get someone like Gary Harris, Elfrid Payton or Aaron Gordon. Having an extra pick even in the 20s is great. Keep piling on young assets.

The players don't excite me I want Marcus smart on our team

I think we'll get 1 out of the 2 guys we want if we get two picks.

Why would someone trade Smart for the 20 and 22? Who else do we have that is worth anything?

I can definitely see that happening. We take someone unexpected aND people freak out.

It's why I love this fan base.

LOL. I think that our fan base is large enough that no matter who we pick there will be huge arguments on this board tonight. It's very entertaining. I couldn't imagine being a fan of a team with a board that sees little action.

It probably makes it that much better to be our fan. We suck most of the time, but we all have the lols together.

Paint a Casey, Small Ball and Paint a Jonas were the highlights of the year here.

I'd be more excited with Ennis and Capela than just Smart.

Smart doesn't interest me at all.

If the lakers would do that trade and smart is actually there at 7 it's a no brainer for me, Smart is a flat out stud.

Hard to say, but break it down like this. Bargnani+Salmons+Ross+20 for Marcus Smart.

What if we re-signed Lowry and Vasquez and drafted a wing player at #20? We'd instantly be a better team. Drafting Ennis means one of Lowry and Vasquez is leaving and drafting Capela means we still need a backup Center for next year. The team doesn't get any better.

I would throw in the knicks pick too tbh it will probably be a mediocre pick

Or you draft the BPA instead of Hoffa over Iggy

If Lowry isn't re-signing than we'd need a rebuild and I'd consider that. I think Derozan himself is pretty close to 7 and then you add Nash's deal and I think that's overpay but maybe the lakers could toss in another asset to balance the value.

People really dont understand how bad prince is do they? Prince/DD would be the worst shooting tandem in the nba and this basically means bye bye vasquez or 2PAT. I like the trade since it does screw with 2016.

Reading that was like bumping into an ex that you thought you moved on from.
