A.

I knew Morey wants to take a Euro stash or trade the pick. So i figured the Rockets have to either reach on a Euro or trade out of what I feel is one of the deeper drafts in recent memory. Instead they get Capela, who is one of the most athletic players in the draft, generally ranked ahead of 25th pick, can stash him if necessary. The draft definitely fell favorably for the Rockets.

2nd round picks are lottery tickets anyway so I won't bother to project them. Nick Johnson is drafted to be a Beverley clone and Gentile is just one of those shooters that you can always take a flyer on.

By far the best draft in the Bobcats (Hornets) history. Great work.

Thanks man, it was bound to happen eventually!

You guys deserve it. For years, I thought Charlotte picked guys that should've panned out and didn't.

Emeka Okafor had all of the tools, and was coming off a great college career. I thought he could eventually become a Mutombo kind of player, but he never did, and now injuries have riddled him. He wasn't a bad player, at all, but he isn't someone that turns a franchise around.

I thought Adam Morrison was gonna be a perennial all-star, couldn't have been more wrong. You got some good years outta Raymond Felton, as well. He was the leader of the Bobcats for a while!

Sean May could've been a double double PF in the NBA, but couldn't keep his weight under control. very sad to see him not pan out.

Ryan Hollins was a bad pick, he sucked. Brandon Wright had potential, but never panned out, but I believe is still in the league, Dallas? Decent bench guy, but not a game changer, so another bad pick, especially as high as #8. That hurts big time. Jared Dudley is one of the better rotation guys in the NBA, he was a good pick at #22.

DJ Augustin was a decent pick, but not at #9. I never had faith in him. Bad pick. Ajinca sucked. I won't even consider Kyle Weaver, 2nd round trash. Gerald Henderson was a great pick, he still contributes to the team, even now. He isn't a game changer, but a solid player.

I was very high on Derrick Brown, don't know what happened to him. I was pissed the Knicks let him go when we had him, thought he could be very good.

Kemba Walker is probably the best pick in franchise history, so far. Really love Kemba!!! Tobias Harris would've been a great pick, had he stayed. Jeremy Tyler is a Knick, and has tremendous upside, love his game, but you guys traded him to GS.

Kidd-Gilchrist was a very solid pick, and I think he's gonna be a good player. Just be patient with him. I like his game. Don't know enough about Jeff Taylor. I think Cody Zeller sucks, but maybe yall will prove me wrong.

But tonight was pure gold, gentlemen. Vonleh will turn into an all-star 1 day. Good work.

Not saying whatever his name is wont be a good player at 20, but dang that was a hilarious pick. Lol, Simmons, Rose, Bilas, and even Fraschilla were flabbergasted by the pick.

"Hes two years away from two years of being relevant" - Whatever Fran said. That definitely wins the funniest pick of the year award, if that exist.

Agree with everything, but Wright was traded for Jason Richardson draft night, so that was technically Golden States pick :D. That trade didn't workout well for us either though, oh well.

had Charlotte kept Napier it would've been like A++++++++++++++++++++++++

But this is by far still MJ's BEST DRAFT.

and this is a guy who had #1 pick before (as my boy Clutch said)

Good job charlotte, but I'm bit upset that you gave Heat (LeBron) Napier.

My Cavs had 1 job & they did it right. This is my proudest moment as a fan of my team.

Every fan base is ranking it high for the team they root for lol.
Majority teams end results will be Cs since it's a deep draft.

Some will have bs
Very few will have As.

A's over Royals. Lester and experience will prove that he's worth the trade.

Tigers winning it all. Tigers are, imo, peaking at the right time.

Correct. You're right. And no, that trade didn't work. J-Rich was essentially done by then, and what he had left, wasn't right for Charlotte, at the time. No idea why MJ would want him, other than he was a flashy player. He really didn't fit with them, at all.

IIRC this guy was projected top 10 lottery pick couple times but he opted to staying in school.

Him, Perry Jones III, Sullinger, even Harrison Barnes are prime example why one & done is a must for players who have the hype.

I agree. I still think McAdoo could be a good player in the league, and was shocked no one took a flyer on him in the late 2nd round. At one point, he was a TOP FIVE pick. I remember it, because of the NBA 2K draft classes, a few years back, and on the mocks.

He very well could be a long term professional, I don't doubt it. I just don't think he will ever be an all-star caliber player. I don't think he will be a Brad Miller caliber player, maybe someone who has a career like Raef LaFrentz

I feel relieved that there were actually in fact other teams that were coveting Bruno, but I'm still at unease. I fear that he's just far too raw that no matter how hard he works he's not going to pan out. I was really hoping for Thanasis but oh well.

Celtics get a B+ for now, but can go to an A if they trade Rondo for someone decent.

Smart and Young were both very solid College players. Smart probably would have been the #1 pick last year and I didn't expect Young to drop so low.

Cho is a damn good GM.

Corey Maggette for Ben Gordon and Noah Vonleh 8-)

I wanted Randle to fall but am very happy with how things have turned out.

i'll go B- for the bulls.
i like mcdermott the prospect, but i didn't like trading 16 and 19 given the talent available there.
i do like bairstow though and think he'll make the team.
