Honestly, a day later after reading certain things and letting it soak in. I'm more excited to watch summer league to see this kid go than another "big board" guy still on the list at 20 (minus Ennis).

I'm with Courtside Bruno reminds me of Wiggins two years ago. So we are basically getting Wiggins type athleticism right out of HS - now Wiggins has had much better training/scouting/facilities. Maybe drafting him in the 1st is a blessing in disguise - now we have control of his development and maybe he can reach his potential.

Maybe in terms of how raw they are, but Wiggins is/was a lot more athletically gifted. Bruno doesn't appear to have that elite first step based on the DX video. There aren't many that can match Wiggins' first step explosion except for Westbrook.

Yeah, he has potential that is only matched by Embiid and Wiggins. It's crazy how Masai kept this guy on the low.

Was initially mad like all other Raps fans, but definitely changed my mind now that I know more about him and the way he plays and think he's a great pick-up. Can't wait for Summer League now.

Im more then content with the pick now after doing some research. He has a chance to be something special like Giannis. He's doesn't seem like the passer or ball handler that Giannis is but he seems like a better shooter. I cant wait to see him in summer league to see how he matches up against NBA talent. He's probably very raw but considering he's the youngest in the draft and he'll be getting NBA training, I have high hopes for the kid. You cant teach length and athleticism and he has a lot of it

He's so raw and to be fair to the top talent in the draft he is playing in a pretty pathetic pro league, so he might look better than he is but he did win MVP of the Hoops without borders event, so he might just be a diamond in the rough. I agree that he will likely be as good as Wiggins as AW has that incredible first step, and from the mentioned video - no one would need anything near that to get around those defenders - but it looks like he has that same type of athleticism as Wiggins - he should be as good a defender as Wiggins and maybe a good jump shooter - worth the risk
