The Nash Thread

This is either a good sign or totally an F-you to any real attempt to be healthy for the Lakers.

Does Vegas have an over/under on this yet? I'd be doubtful about anything over 30

I'm not as negative about Nash as some fans, but that said... I really don't want him on the roster this season.
I can envision no plausible scenario in which he earns his money this season, and I can not stomach the thought of loosing out on some other talent due to his contract combined with Kobe's...
And I may be an optimistic fool, but I think Kobe is going to make people forget about his contract this season...

I just don't see Nash doing that.

You can never be mad at Nash himself, you know the guy always is giving you 100%, it's not like he's slacking, Nash is the kind of player that it really eats up at him if he's unable to contribute you just get that vibe.

What if he uses the German blood fixing technology that kobe did on his knees. I remember when kobe first came back from that, he seemed to jump 10 years younger. Can that help nash's back?

I don't care about anything he does, hopefully the next coach of the team lets him know that we won't be dependent on him.

Deep, he IS the next coach. Frees up cap space at the same time!

You can watch a clip of Nash on Huffpost Live. Nash is under no illusions:

"If the opportunity came for them to package where they could get something for the future, that makes a lot of sense for them," Nash said.

This is exactly what I've been saying!

Sign him to a two year contract worth 8 mil per and everybody is happy.

IF he can give us 15-20 solid minutes, it will be fun season.

lol Nash's defensive stance at soccer better than his basketball stance.

This seems to be an annual soccer charity event. He had one in LA last year.
