It's a sad indictment of how weak the position is now that Kobe and Wade are declining, but honestly Mitch Richmond in his prime would easily be the best shooting guard in the league right now.

I see more Isaiah Rider than anything

Yikes, I hope he plays better defense than Rider did.

Hairstons defense is definitely not one of his strong points thats for sure.

I was impressed that Coach Clifford called him out on it and that Hairston owned up to it. Hopefully he'll commit to learning how and when to help and where to be on defense with the coaching staff. MKG is a savant at it so maybe he'll wear off on him.

its not that he doesn't have the tools or ability. He just gets lazy as hell sometimes. He does that on our squad and Clifford will sub in Stephen Silas before he does Hairston.

Gonna have to lock him in the hotel whenever we play in Denver.

Over/under he demands a trade to Denver at the deadline?

Quick question.

Would you guys have liked the Hendo/24 for Afflalo trade better than just the Hairston pick?

Off-topic but it's long past time we legalized weed anyway. It's ridiculous it was ever illegal in the first place. I don't give a damn if someone smokes it on their own time and anyone with sense should feel the same way.

Here in Oz it's been a massive debate lately.

They had a poll on the TV show "Sunday Night" and ten thousand people voted.

Should medical marijuana be legalised?

No-4 percent Yes-96 percent

You guys better temper your expectations of Hairston. Its fairly easy to average 21 a game in the D league, and he only shot 35% from long range. He wont sniff a starting spot, or even beat out Neal for backup duties his rookie year.

He wishes. I honestly have no idea what hes going to be. Its up to him. Great size for a SG, effortless stroke and can score at will, but if he isn't going to commit to the defensive end of the ball or atleast try hes going to be our 3rd string SG and get Pargo minutes. Our fans better get ready for that.
