I am having trouble picking a winner in the Contract Ladder Match, I think BNB was really going to win it. Rollins seems like too obvious of a choice but I could see him winning it and having Ambrose and him feud with possible stipulations of putting the case on the line at Battleground and SummerSlam.

i cant see anyone else deserving it outside of ambrose/rollins now that bnb is out. maybe if they wanna swerve they'd give it to ziggler, but i highly doubt that

I can unfortunately see them giving it to Ziggler only for him to lose it in a stipulation match against BNB if he was the original choice.

I don't think this will happen, I'd say there's probably less than a 5% chance it happens. But the MITB match might have just the formula where the extremely unlikely occurs. I've seen Kofi do a lot of these panels recently and he's pretty good and I wonder if they'll give him one last shot at the top.
