People do know Rose is gang affiliated and has ties to some of the biggest Disciples in Chicago

It probably has a lot to do with the petty rational behind focusing on a speeding charge. I mean everyone speeds, thats not proof of not being law abiding, if so we are all not law abiding.

You want to talk about breaking laws? Noah makes no attempt to hide his weed smoking. There is probably a felony in there somewhere. Have at it bro :lol:

100 mph does not make a person any less law abiding. That won't even come up on your priors list when the State is looking at your record.
