I'll trust Woj and Coro tweets, everyone else gets a grain of salt. Especially a twitter called "sports whispers"

Coro won't tweet anything of value.

There's been a lot of Coro hate on here lately. He doesn't break stories, but he confirms rumors if they have any legs. I respect Coro for not trying to break a story for the pure sake of breaking a story.

Only time I can think of him really getting played was back in the 09 draft with the Curry-Amare deal. If I recall correctly he actually broke that story first and even had an article posted about the trade with Curry coming to PHX.

Of course then the Warriors decided to break their word.

I went to his account to look at it and it was gone, so he must have deleted it right when you told him.

My gut feeling says Melo stays in NY and Lebron and Bosh end up being the ones Suns try to lure in.

I know a lot of us have been saying the Suns need to go after the players they actually have a legitimate chance at.. I say go for the homerun.

I think Melo heads to Chitown and he'll be the first major FA to commit.

Question: if LBJ does come to PHX, where do you play him? Who are your ideal complements at the other 4 starting spots?

I think he's definitely a SF in the west with a stretch PF like Frye (or Bosh if he comes).
PG you'd probably have buddy Bledsoe, for defensive purposes and as a secondary playmaker.
SG I think you need a true 3&D guy, which we don't really have. I'd hate to see Goran get the shaft but I just can't help but think he'd be redundant in this scheme.

Everyone else? Like who? Spencer Hawes? It's **** LeBron!

Is it the 8th? Dunno why I thought I read 10th somewhere.

It used to be the 10th, but I've read in two places it's now the 8th. I first thought it was the 10th also.

It changes every year. LINK

I think they make an offer right away but no where near max. Than they wait to match offers or match and trade.

Yeah, it would be dumb to offer any more than 10. I don't think he will get an offer for much more than that anyway.

He will get a max or near max. Probably from the Suns and I'm fine with that.

It's smart to say you are interested in as many people as possible that you would definitely try to sign if you strike out with everyone else. Say everyone else we are interested in goes elsewhere and Tucker gets an offer we won't match and Frye bolts. Then it wouldn't be unreasonable to give Parsons a deal that Houston would hesitate matching.

Wade/Deng/Bosh with complementary starters (Thomas/Lowry, Monroe/GasoL?) and a better bench would still be very dangerous in the east.

Pat Riley is smart, realizes the Suns are gonna get Lebron so he is already going after other SF's to stay at least a playoff team. :D

You just need to surround him with shooters. If he plays with both Dragic and Bledsoe, then we especially need good shooters at 3 and 5 or 4 and 5. Of course you would prefer to have a center who could post up and play good D but also hit a fairly long jumper. You don't want the lane clogged with three drivers so you want to stretch out the rest of the team as much as possible. Miami played best when they started playing this way. Occasionally (especially against SA) Wade's inability to stretch the floor hurt them at times.

I think McD is smart enough to realize Ariza is a contract player and he should not be offered a contract! I'll take Gerald Green over Ariza any day of the week.
