LAL have cap space to sign max deal (LBJ)...

Monroe/Sacre
x/Kelly
LBJ/x
KB24/x
x/Clarkson

Use MLE to sign 2 players... a PG (like Session or Chalmers) and stretch PF (like Frye or P.Patterson or Blatche)...
Sign at min R.Lewis, Fredette, B.Rush, Henry and Mullens...

Monroe/Mullens/Sacre
Frye/Lewis/Kelly
LBJ/Henry/Lewis
KB24/Rush/Clarkson
Session/Fredette/Clarkson

No. Just...no. First of all the Lakers aren't signing lebron james, so let's just get that out of the way. There are much better teams he could sign with for a max deal then that roster. Also you're trading away the rookie contract of Randle for...Greg Monroe...When he's a free agent and he can be signed out right.

I have some doubts about what type of player Randle become, but if everybody are so certain that it will become a great player then I withdraw my trade idea...
