I hate literally every word in this post.

Also read the suns are aggressively trying to resign Frye.

I'm gonna throw up.

Our big FA signing is gonna be Frye and Hayward

Windhorst's article is all speculation anyways. He's making an assumption that since the Heat are "reportedly" telling FA's that they will have $12m in cap space, that Bosh and Wade are taking pay cuts.

That would be pretty unbelievable if they both took $10 million paycuts to keep playing with LeBron.

Which other teamwill give Wade $13-$15M a year though? Wade can't set his own market that high. I think both Wade and Bosh care about free loading off LeBron and winning couple more chips before retirement more than anything else. That'st he vibe I have gotten from every interview of Bosh when he's asked about it and I'd assume Wade is that way also.

Bosh SAID he wanted $15-16 million.

Link of him SAYING it?

Cause there are now reports out that he signed for $10M-11M/yr contract.

It's all speculation until Bosh, Wade, or their representation say there is an agreement. Sarver has stated that the Suns have spoken with LeBron's agent and they are willing to work with his timeframe.

I remember when the Suns let Amare go and Sarver gave Frye over 30 million dollars. How has that worked out? Four straight years and no playoffs. What the hell is this team and town's love affair with Channing Frye? I do not get it. He chucks up threes, cannot rebound, and is not a good defender. He has no inside game. He is either incredibly hot or super cold. People love him because he stretches the defense. Okay, put me out there in the power forward position and I will chuck up 10 threes a game, play no defense, and get no rebounds too.

No...the Suns had Frye with Amare. The Suns gave the money to Hakim Warrick and traded for Turk.

Hahahahahaha. Of course. How is this guy considered an insider. Isn't he the one who recently said he is hearing the Knicks and Rockets can do a sign and trade of Melo for Harden. ESPN sure has got a good one, don't they?

I know, I know. I am just going to be extremely disappointed if the Suns have Channing Frye as the team's starting power forward next year. I cannot stand him. He does nothing besides launch threes. What good is stretching the defense when you do nothing on the other end of the court. He is 6'11" and averages 5.1 rebounds a game. To put that into perspective, Eric Bledsoe is 6'1" and averages 5.5 rebounds a game.

It seems like this has gone from being a promising and most exciting offseason, to a complete let down in a matter of one day.

That'll happen when you hear rumors from a respected source that your team will make a play for two of the best players in the world.

I hope they end up with nobody aside the big 3 and find themselves having to put banners across the city trying to get Rashard Lewis to stay.

What good does it do? Well, for starters, it completely opens the floor for both Bledsoe and Dragic to get into the lane and either finish or kick out for a higher percentage three.

Someone quoted Broussard? Mistake #1. Broussard is that kid that no one liked but he spread all the rumors at your school to get people to talk to him. I know you remember that kid.
I am such a lucky NBA fan. My favorite team went from the most greedy and racist owner to the most ego driven dumbass owner in all of sports.

Only a fan of Arizona teams!

Speak for yo self!! I want to watch the kids play!!!!!!!

The only place I'd be willing to add a new piece is at PF, where I don't see anything exciting happening (sorry MoBros). That's why Love would be such an excellent fit. I still think we have a shot at him, if not now, then next offseason.

@EthanJSkolnick: Based on my info, #'s being reported for Bosh & Wade are much lower than what I expect them to accept.

So far there is zero indication, outside of an Oregon reporter, that Bosh and Wade 1) have agreed to deals and 2) have agreed to take that salary number. Until that happens, everything is in play.

No I fully understand. But the ability to stretch the defense on offense is negated when you have a guy like Channing Frye playing defense and trying to grab rebounds. It is not possible to win the championship if you are a bad defensive and rebounding team.

Last season, the Suns had a better defensive rebounding percentage than the Heat...and Charlotte led the league.

Gotta look past it man. Only have yourself to blame for all that promise and excitement.

We still have all the assets and cap space to make our team even more competitive than last season. That's where the real excitement should be.

All this Lebron news was great buzz and got people talking about Phoenix. Atleast we know our FO is willing to swing for the fences as opposed to just sit there. Which isn't something we have seen in the past.

Return to Phoenix Suns
