Yeah I was thinking that.

I definetly pay more attention to charlotte as jordan is the owner than I would otherwise.

Cuban has made me a closet Mavs fan. I mean, in a deep, deep closet where you can't see or hear out and so you really don't know what's going on. Like maybe the Narnia closet where I'm living in an imaginary Hornets world but really I'm a Mavs fan.

I was a Mavs "fan" when Charlotte didn't have a team. The Dirk/Nash combo was my favorite in the league. Still a fan of the team. I'm actually wearing a Mavs T-shirt I got years ago, as type this. You can imagine I was ecstatic when they won it all in 2011- I'd been predicting that for several years in a row

So you're saying that you were a fan of Gana Diop even before he joined the Cats?

Dirk just makes me happy because all I can think of is JP from Grandma's Boy playing basketball.

Nice commercial. Jeter might of had the most honorable career in modern baseball history if not ever.

Michael Jordan is celebrating a whopping 25 years as a spokesman for Hanes — a relationship that has lasted than any role in his career — with his first new commercial since 2010.

The commercial takes place on a golf course where Jordan does the classic Jordan eye-roll expression at his golf partner who is having a worse time than Charles Barkley on the golf course.

But the most important part of this clearly is that Jordan has been doing this for 25 years — meaning he’s influenced underwear choices for men for A QUARTER OF A CENTURY.

This is nice a story about mj. It won't get a lot of publicity because he was not a jerk.

When I was younger, U had a really good experience with MJ. Maybe it was because of different connections that my father had at the time, but by no means was he a jerk. People say he is, but the time I met him with all the stuff he was having to deal with he was great. So like the guy said in the article, that's my story and I'm sticking to it, you won't catch me saying anything different.

I think MJ's competitiveness is a big part of the reason he is viewed as having a "bad attitude". I could definitely see him reacting poorly or showing extreme arrogance when competing against someone, or when realizing that a person can't help him overcome a particular goal. In a relaxed non-competitive social situation that bad side is a lot less likely to show.

I've always believed MJ gets way too much flack for attitude. If he was a world class douchebag in all situations there is no way he could have had this much success in business and advertising. Regardless of what people think, those are area of life that take social tact in addition to ambition to climb the ladder. Especially if you're an African-American man.

I have no idea how old this is. I stumbled across this while reading some articles on Yahoo. Nothing really ground breaking, but I figured I would put it here in case people missed it.
