Other thought- If Lebron doesn't come to PHX, look for a S&T of Bledsoe (at Max- 14.5mil) and Ennis to Sac in exchange for Isaiah Thomas (at 8mil) , D. Williams (exp.) and Nick Stauskas after PHX grabs the 2nd Tier FA's they want. It just seems like all the smoke leads to a fire that looks like something like that.

While I don't totally disagree, one thing has me wondering (throughout this whole FA process). If we don't land LeBron, it most likely means he resigned with Miami. That, in turn, means Miami improved, and the only way I could see them improving enough to keep LeBron is singing Pau and Deng. So, in my opinion, we either land LeBron, or we make some smaller, less expensive moves. I just don't see us singing Pau or Deng if we don't get LeBron.

I kind of agree. I think we will still try and go for Love, but if he is dealt elsewhere, especially GS, they may reassess. And if LeBron went to Dallas or Houston and Love to GS, I wouldn't be surprised if we took a couple of steps back before steps forward, and did something that added more future stability instead of maxing out our team now. That is kind of why I had mentioned the Sac trade here about an hour ago and then after figuring out numbers, on the GB a little while after that.

That is disgusting. Thomas is a volume shooter. Do not want.

I didn't realize he was maybe going to sign like an $8 million contract....unless he is just making that up. I wouldn't want him at that cost on our team....not with Dragic around.

Not to mention, but even Stephenson's own teammates called him selfish before the playoffs started. He got into a fist fight with Evan Turner the night before the playoffs began. Keep Stephenson away from the Suns.

The Suns haven't been mentioned trying to contact him, I think it's smart to say that McD and the staff don't want him in a Suns uniform. I fully believe the reason the Pacers started playing poor after the all-star break is because of chemistry issues that probably stemmed from Lance. The Pacers are probably keeping it under wraps so they can get a sweet S&T for him. Just my personal theory. He just seems like a locker room cancer.

Agree with 1st thought. No chance on the 2nd - that is a terrible trade.

Lance Stephenson is Stephen Jackson 2.0. He is going to fade out of the NBA in a few years.
I am such a lucky NBA fan. 8647 My favorite team went from the most greedy and racist owner to the most ego driven dumbass owner in all of sports fdt.

Agree with both. The longer this does go on and other players like Gortat going back and if Lowery and Deng do - taking good players off the board.

As for the trade - please - not 8m+ plus for a Thomas. Keep Bledsoe or use him to get a forward or something of real value - granted, I get that is a long shot to S&T Bledsoe but just something other than Isiah Thomas.

People act like giving a max to someone like Bledsoe is going to cap-strangle this franchise when in reality, it's not. It doesn't make it a good deal, but it's not like he's getting Joe Johnson money.

The only issue would be having to give out the same money to Goran next year, and many feel that $30 million for the backcourt is a little much.

I do not believe anything Windhorst says - this is a combination of wishful thinking on his part - Strike another option for James off the list so Windhorst can keep his fat behind in South Beach.

Now everyone with real knowledge of the situation is saying Cleveland is nowhere close to making an offer of this magnitude for Hayward and some are questioning whether they even will make one.

Neither do I...just posting updates from columnists (or clarifications). Wonder where he will end up though.

I like her tweets. It would be nice if McD was like that with Bledsoe, particularly if he doesn't get an offer to match.

I don't think they have enough money to do it. But I can see him as a Clipper. Not saying the Clippers have any interest or anything but just thinking of all the teams.. I feel like he would fit there.

Paul/Stevenson/Granger/Griffin/Jordon

Collison/Redick/Crawford/Davis off the bench... YIKES!

No, neither do I. Just have a feeling he would have a "self destruct" moment at the wrong time

Suns MO under Ryan McD - limited though it has been - has been pretty quiet. Granted, no reason to be quiet about James. But I have good feelings he will have improved the team when the information finalizes on July 11 or thereabouts.

They could do a S&T for Redick. I think Indy would take that as they need some perimeter shooting.

I wonder if Dallas would take Stephenson on and move Monta to pg? If they strike out with other guys. Carlisle might be the type of coach he needs. He seems to fix people pretty well.

I was thinking. If you are LeBron, who do you think is a better foursome?

Him and Howard, Harden, Parsons

Him and Dragic, Bledsoe, Melo

I just put Melo in there for now...wasn't sure who else to put there. But if Melo is out of the picture, who else could we get (in free agency) that would be better than that Houston group? I mean, playing with a rim protector and rebounder like Howard has to be pretty huge doesn't it?

Not trying to burst any bubbles....just thinking about it from his perspective. Of course his agent being Bledsoe's could help with us.

Is Barnes out of there? He's definitely better than Granger at this point.

I think the longer this goes the better the Suns chances get. Once each team that has signed a FA until now has helped up my taking themselves out of the free agent race so to speak. We are sitting patiently holding onto our hand waiting for the right move instead of rushing into making a quick bad decision.

I was just throwing out names I could remember. I am pretty sure Barnes is still out there in LA.

Wasn't aware of Stephensons personal issues outside of the basketball court, with those in mind I would not be interested in bringing him in either.
